A wise woman once said, “Fu$k depression, fu$k stressing, you a bad a$$ bit€h you a blessing.”

Easier said than done, but I think it can be done. WITH A LOT OF HEALING. ❤️‍🩹

Listen, this life - especially in the matrix we’re in - will chew you up and spit you out even if you “done everything right.” The world has been brutal lately, late stage-CAPITALISM, unemployment hell, financial struggles, political corruption and daily insanity, depression, anxiety, illness, career uncertainty… It’s a lot.

But I’m tired of feeling like shit.

I’m tired of getting rejected for jobs that I’m overqualified for.

I’m tired of playing the same roles I played a decade ago.

Im tired of shrinking.

I am ready to heal.

So I’m going on a healing journey and inviting you (whoever you are) to join me.

It’s time for us to bet on ourselves and do the work we came here to do, and we can’t do it if we’re wounded.

So for the sensitive ones, the creatives who have lost their mojo, the feelers, the empaths, the neurodivergents, join me on an honest journey of healing and figuring out how to find our true purpose on this planet. It’s a shit show out there, and the world needs our light. #healingjourney🧘🏾‍♀️ by @candielangdaleart
