✨ NEW DROP
Nobody says this word the same way.

PRAY-leen. PRAH-leen. prah-lee-NAY. Three pronunciations, three different things, and the French one is the one almost nobody here has tasted.

In France a praline is not a candy at all. It is a technique. Fresh nuts roasted with sugar in a copper pot until every one is coated in caramel, cooled, then ground into a smooth paste with chocolate folded in. What comes out is not sweet the way a candied nut is sweet. The caramel goes dark and toasty and the roast comes forward instead of hiding behind sugar.

We made four of them. Hazelnut, peanut, pecan and almond, same technique every time.

All four in a 65% bittersweet shell with organic crisped brown rice folded through, which is the crunch in the name.

The French Praline Crunch Collection

Limited drop, available through September only. Link in bio.
