We evolve. And our work changes.

And in no bigger way than when we stop being just a lineage-bearer and start recognising that we’re here to lead a lineage of our own.

When you realise that the unique way you weave your personal medicine, your felt frequency, your genius, and that soul purpose that sets your heart, soul and womb on fire is way bigger than all the tools you carry as a healer and space-holder.

You’re a visionary creatrix. A cycle-breaking challenger. A mystic on a world-changing mission. An erotic edge-dwelling witch.

And yet claiming the full force of that identity scares the shit out of you — while thrilling you to your core.

It’s time to move from manifesting the kind of money and impact you want to make, and start getting out there and taking the edgy action that creates your new normal now.

Are you with me?

Because I’ve been in this too.

From a wild feminine cycle coach to a Wild Feminine Initiatrix.

From a sacred ceremonialist to Ordained Priestess.

Claiming not just the next-level identity, but really dropping into how she MAKES HER MOVES — that’s the edge. ❤️‍🔥

I initiate medicine women at the threshold where their medicine becomes leadership.

I catalyse the shedding of old identities and comfort zones so you can finally step all the fucking way in: no hiding, no wobbling, just pure activated impact.

To do what you were born to do.

Even if it’s taken this long for you to admit how much you really want it.

Can you feel yourself standing at this threshold too?

You’re not alone if you are.

Speak it now: what too-tight skin are you ready to shed? 🌹 by @charlotte.pointeaux

One of the biggest shifts I’ve made over the last few years is where I look when my business hits a ceiling.

I used to ask,
What strategy am I missing?
What should I launch?
How should I package this?
Should I change my messaging?
Do I need another funnel?
Another offer?
Another mentor?

Sometimes the answer was yes. But more often than not, the strategy wasn’t actually the problem.
I mn actual fact- I was the problem 🫠

Not because I wasn’t good enough, but because I was asking a version of myself to hold a level of visibility, responsibility and leadership she simply hadn’t been initiated into yet.

That’s a very different problem.
You can know exactly what to do and still hesitate to launch.

You can have the perfect offer and undercharge for it.

You can understand marketing and still struggle to be fully seen.

You can build a beautiful business… and unconsciously keep it small because growing it asks you to become someone your nervous system doesn’t yet feel safe being.

This is why I care so deeply about leadership.
Not leadership as status - leadership as identity.

The willingness to let your old ways of operating die so something larger can come through you.

It’s why I don’t separate business from ritual, embodiment or shadow work.

🕯️Ritual deepens your self-knowing.
💃Embodiment expands your capacity.
👯‍♀️Business gives your medicine somewhere to live.
🌹Leadership is where they all come together.

Your work can only travel as far as you’re currently able to carry it.

And sometimes…

the most powerful thing you can do isn’t learn another strategy.

It’s have someone shine a light on the blind spots you can’t yet see for yourself.

That’s where real freedom begins.

I’m curious…

Where are you looking for answers right now?

In another strategy…

Or in the woman who’s being asked to lead it?

#WomenInBusiness #BusinessLeadership #SpiritualEntrepreneur #PersonalLeadership #embodiedbusiness by @charlotte.pointeaux

You don’t come to this work because you’re lost.
You come because something in you knows it’s time to lead differently.

You’ve done the inner work.
You’ve gathered the skills.
You’ve held space, guided others, walked yourself through fire and devotion and repair.

And now the question isn’t what you offer.

It’s how you are leading it.

How visible you’re willing to be.
How resourced your nervous system is as your work expands.
Whether your business can actually hold the depth you carry — without you holding it all alone.

This is the threshold where leadership becomes the work.
Where identity, capacity, structure, and soul stop being separate conversations.

I work with women here.
At the intersection of body, soul, and business.
Where expansion is no longer about doing more — but about being able to stay.

If you’re ready to become the go-to woman in your field:
deeply trusted, rightly paid, and well resourced -
without abandoning your body or your values…

You’re in the right place 🌹
And I’m so glad you’re here

JOIN THE MOVEMENT📣Comment ‘1000’ to register for 1000 Blood Prayers🩸

You dressed up as a witch this weekend 🎃🧙

But would you give your menstrual blood back to the Earth?

We’re safe wearing the witch’s costume - but bring our blood, our bodies and our inner knowing into it, and suddenly we find the edges of what we’ve been taught is acceptable.

And every year I think about the women I’m remembering beneath that costume.

The midwife who caught the babies in her village.

The herbalist who knew which root eased the cramps.

The woman who tracked her bleed with the moon and planted by the seasons.

The wise women who knew the ways, held the rites and passed on the stories.

Women whose knowing lived in their bodies, their hands and their relationship with the land.

How much of our own knowing have we learnt to hide?

I see it in the pad tucked up a sleeve on the way to the toilets.

In the “sorry, it’s that time” at work.

In teaching our daughters how to conceal their blood before we teach them how to understand it.

But her magick never died. She’s in every woman who stops apologising for her body.

Imagine our daughters watching us honour the blood we were taught to hide.

Hearing women speak about their cycles with curiosity and reverence.

Knowing they can ask questions, trust their bodies and be held through the changes.

That’s what I want us to pass forward.

📣And that’s why I’m calling in 1,000 blood prayers for a safe, period-positive world for all.

I want you and all women and people who bleed to join our movement! To make a public prayer for your daughter, for your younger self, for the women who came before you.

For the Earth and everything you wish for here.

Then, on the new moon of 7 February 2027, I’m hosting a free live global ritual to speak our prayers into our menstrual blood, or a symbolic offering, and return them to the Earth together.

You don’t need to bleed to belong. The ritual is free, online and open to all.

I’ll send you the link to add your prayer to the Living Prayer Wall and join our global ritual.🌹

Your prayer matters. Will you help kick us off?

You’ve done enough healing. You just haven’t marked it.

The biggest lie in the spiritual community? That growth means becoming someone you’re not.

Believing you need a whole new identity keeps you living inside the story that who you are right now isn’t enough. And your body knows it. It braces. It pulls you back to the old version, like an umbilical cord.

But when you realise you’ve always been her, at your heart, your body and soul feel safe enough to grow. To let her in. To change.

That’s why marking a rite of passage properly matters so much. You allow yourself to be witnessed. The threshold is recognised. Your courage is honoured. And others stop trying to pull you back to who you were, too.

A few years ago I took myself to a tattoo ceremony to honour my claiming of priestess. I didn’t arrive with a design in mind. My artist intuitively designed my markings before I got there (shout out to @tatubytae 🫶). To anyone else it doesn’t look like an official priestess marking, but my body knows exactly what it means. And I never went back to the unsure woman I was before.

On Wild Flow, ritualist and hypnotist @thehypnotictemple and I talk about why most of us cross thresholds unwitnessed and alone, how we unconsciously play “the seeker” who never arrives at the end of her healing path, and how hypnosis and sacred tattoo ritual seal an initiation so the new you can actually land.

Yaël breaks down the seven elements of a rite of passage, and shares many ways to mark a threshold without needing a tattoo.

So tell me, which threshold have you crossed but never marked? Name it below so we can witness you.

Turns out that fire is still here - inside you, isn’t it?

In the north it’s Samhain and Halloween, but here in the south, it’s Beltane where Eros burns alive. Fertility, creativity, desire. Feel that fire for life spreading heat through your body.

I want to see every woman and pussy-led being unashamed to let her erotic impulse guide her towards what wants to be created, expressed and lived.

Not because you should, but because you fucking well can.

It’s time to claim up all the space you are ever going to take up.

Let’s go witches.

Blessed Beltane❤️‍🔥

Highlands witches, comment TEMPLE to find your fire next Saturday 7 Nov: Beltane Temple, the Eros of being FULLY ALIVE ❤️‍🔥

💃ps: obsessed with this skirt (and matching top not shown) by @aurawolfcollective by @charlotte.pointeaux

I was sick of my head running the whole damn show.

My head loves to overthink. Tossing up between this way and that way. Doubting myself. Waiting until I know the “right” next move before I move at all.

And the worst part? It was sucking the momentum, spark, aliveness and success out of my business.

The truth is, my biggest sales months and most successful launches came when I was wildly passionate about the program I’d created.

When I was so turned on by the work that I couldn’t wait to share it.

When creating, leading and selling it felt like an extension of my devotion to the people it was made for.

When I fully listened to what my womb / sacral authority was showing me was a fully aligned YES. Not what my head said made sense.

That’s what I mean when I say I promoted my pussy to CEO.

I’m talking about Eros: that abundant, creatrix erotic life force we can channel into innovation, wild inspiration, expansion and leading a signature body of work that makes us feel wildly alive.

Because business gets to be a turn-on. In fact, given the work you do, it should be.

You’re not here for a half-life. You’re here with a world-changing vision❤️‍🔥

And that vision deserves a body that feels safe enough to be seen. Soft enough to receive. Open enough to let pleasure, power and desire inform the moves you make.

That’s why I work with embodiment first, and strategy from there. Embodied frequency first.

Because when you KNOW your deepest medicine is the wisdom you’ve lived and learnt over lifetimes, and your frequency speaks louder than any neatly put together strategy or words can, you step into your expansion era.

If you want to birth your signature sold-out programs rooted in YOUR medicine, instead of hiding behind certificates, it’s time to make the moves you didn’t know you had the courage to make.

This is the work I want to do with you: help you embody your deepest, inimitable medicine and turn it into a signature course or program you’re wildly turned on to create, lead and sell.

Comment 💦 to become THAT woman who leads her biggest and best work, and lets it be juicy AF🌹

If you’re worried she can’t afford to work with you - you’re coming at it all wrong 🫠

Picture this. You’re creating your signature program, retreat or temple, but…

You’re thinking about the making it accessible - because you believe in inclusion.

You’re trying not to admit you’re thinking surely it’s better to have some money come in than none.

You hear how money is tight - so you shrink the price you really want (and maybe need) to receive.

You decide it’s better (and more “aligned” or “spiritual” or “in integrity”) to lower your price anyway.

And you debate over what inclusions to keep in your program if you do drop the price - because suddenly - you’re aware you decided you should suffer so your clients don’t have to.

You’re pricing for the poorest person in the room. And that’s a problem.

It’s never about what someone says they can afford - because that’s totally subjective and can change in an instant.

It’s about what someone VALUES.

Your job isn’t to create a room full of any one who you can convince to spend some cash.

❤️‍🔥Your job is to curate a room of movers and shakers.
❤️‍🔥People who are ready.
❤️‍🔥People who see your value and want to be in your field and frequency.
❤️‍🔥People who aren’t looking to be saved - but activated.

Whilst I absolutely believe in making sacred spaces accessible - a program, a temple, a retreat, any transformational experience is truly only as good as the energy of the people inside it.

And there is a way to be both inclusive - yet only call in the people who will pay you to watch you brush your teeth.

Because they see you - and they want to FEEL as expanded, on purpose, confident, unapologetic and embodied in their power as you do.

They know it’s not just what you know - but the vibration you resonate at - that they want for themselves.

It’s Frequency First, every time.

So think about it: who are you creating for?

Now THAT was a portal⚡️✨

You know when you just KNOW you have to swallow all your fear and excuses, and get yourself INSIDE the room that will change you for good?

That was my weekend.

And what an initiation it was, into my highest possible mission, my liberated voice, the deep knowing that I have PLENTY to say and I’m not gonna stop. Into having a circle of badass sisters standing beside me ready to go all the way in. Showing me how much BIGGER I can dream - and let it be pleasurable - let alone doable.

It’s electric to be surrounded by world changing visionaries who aren’t questioning if they’ll take delulu action - they already got jumped and grabbed you by the hand on their way.

Thank you for the activations, the artistry, the fucking shove, the ceremony, the many edgwalkers who are in it with me, the heart, the shadow, the lights, camera, action ⚡️thank you to the queen team of leaders walking their talk and holding it all down with so much love and magick @rachaelmaddox @julesyparker @thebeamlife @between_two_binaries

Ps: watch out, I’m bringing this fire home with me. I’m gonna be transmitting this heat and fanning YOUR flames into a wild fire under your wildest goals. Lean in if you’re done with dancing around your dreams - and you’re ready to take big, bold devotional action with me❤️‍🔥

Newsflash ⚡️you’re wasting time & energy in the wrong places

Trying to grow your business is frustrating and clients are hard to come by - if you’re focusing on these things:

- learning to improve your viral content,
- rebranding so people can find you,
- tweaking your pricing to make it accessible,
- fixing your website so it’s clearer,
- creating a new offer that lights you up…

Sure these things make a difference but not THE difference that attracts well-paying soul clients who enter your spaces without you having a mid launch break-down.

Prioritising these tasks keep you busy - and keep you hiding where you feel safe.

Your biggest growth comes on the other side of putting yourself in space where you can’t hide, where you can see what’s possible, and where you’re EXPANDED into the visibility, money and impact you manifest every new moon.

Your frequency doesn’t lie. In fact - it’s what people will pay you for over everything else.

Serious clients want to be initiated by your frequency, into their own next level identity. And your energy - not just what you know - is what activates that for them.

The biggest reason my own business expands & I just had my biggest sales month on record isn’t because I manifested harder or tweaked my offer/pricing/ or wrote better emails.

It’s because I put myself in rooms where I’m expanded and activated to see my own authority. To embody my next level identity. To see my own natural talents and to let them be experienced in a bigger way. To feel what I’m capable of. To get out of my own damn way.

2 weeks ago I said I couldn’t make an international biz coaching retreat. But then we found a way to make it happen, because I knew that being in the room marks a point of no return to smallness. And I’m here for it.

Your world stage awaits - are you gonna go for it, and get in the room that expands you?

Or keep trying to figure it out by yourself, from the frequency that isn’t ready to lead at that level?

That fear/fire in your belly? She knows.

I’ve opened 2 private coaching spaces for women ready for your expansion era.

DM COACHING if you’re ready to cross your own point of no return❤️‍🔥✨ by @charlotte.pointeaux

Where the practitioner ends up- and expertise begins.

You can be masterful in a dozen modalities and still not be known as the go-to authority in your niche.

Because your authority isn’t visible in a menu of modalities. It lives in the way you make them your own.

It’s the particular transformation you know how to lead—shaped by your mastery of your craft, yes, but it’s so much more.

When you feel yourself standing at the threshold of leaving behind the identity of the practitioner - and you’re ready to be seen, known and invited to share your expertise in bigger rooms and stages - your initiation comes to claim the medicine and pov only you can have, because you’ve lived it and birthed it.

Becoming recognisable isn’t adding more trainings. It’s the way you weave them into a signature of your own.

And claiming that is more than just creativity or strategy - it’s a deep leadership intimation that you need to be guided and witnessed through.

This is the work I do with women expanding into their full magick and sacred leadership: the embodiment work of initiation, and the strategic work of translating that magick into signature spaces that changes lives and worlds - and get you known as the authority you’ve been sitting on

If this is the threshold you can feel yourself standing at, hail and welcome.

If you find yourself unable to cross that threshold, or unwilling to keep doing it alone, let’s chat. My coaching books are open for wise, wild and willing women ready for their next level. Message me THRESHOLD to share more ✨
