I’ve crossed the Miami Marathon finish line for the past 3 years. This time, I’m running for something bigger than me. 🎗️🏃🏽‍♀️
I have the opportunity to run the Miami Marathon while raising $1,000 for the Dolphins Cancer Challenge and this one is personal.
Cancer is no stranger to my family. My aunt is currently undergoing cancer treatment, and two years ago, I lost my cousin to stage 4 glioblastoma.
So this time, every mile means more.
I’m running for my family. For those still fighting. For those we’ve lost. And for those who may not have anyone running in their honor.
My goal is $1,000. I’ll take care of the miles I’m asking my village to help me take care of the rest.
$5, $10, $20…every donation gets me closer to that starting line and helps move cancer research forward.
This year, I’m not just running a marathon. I’m running with purpose. 🎗️ link in bio 🔗 by @charminsky

🎃🏃‍♀️ Annual Halloween Freaky 4-Miler in Miami Beach! Where else can we have this much fun?! Part of the crew today, but one day we’ll all run together again! ❤️ Up at 3:30 AM, crazy wind, no rain, and the most amazing sunrise 🌅 We stopped multiple times for pictures because it was just too beautiful not to!
Running buddies, costumes, laughs, and of course… breakfast after! ☕🥞❤️ The best way to start the day! We were inside out characters 📸 🏃‍♀️ @miamibeach_halloweenhalf

It’s Tuesday, but you already know… the HELI is EVERYONE’S favorite! 💙🚁 #TraumaLife #JacksonSouth #HeliDays #wesavelivesforaliving by @charminsky

So many feelings about today’s run! ❤️🏃‍♀️✈️
Lupe is 13 weeks pregnant, and Leisy is just 2 months post-total hip replacement surgery, yet here we are, showing up and doing what we love! 🥹❤️ I love keeping up with these ladies and watching their journeys.
The airport runs are always so much fun, especially running on an active runway! ✈️ This year definitely felt busier, with more takeoffs and landings than ever!
Overall, another great runway run, and I finally got to see Kat in person! We’ve been supporting each other through social media for so long, so it was nice to connect face-to-face.
Different journeys, different seasons of life, but the same love for running and showing up! 🏃‍♀️💕 @ by @charminsky

This morning, I had the opportunity to accompany Emir to the Florida Special Olympics softball competition, and what a wonderful experience it was! 🥎❤️ Seeing so many schools come together, cheering on our athletes and celebrating their abilities, was truly heartwarming.
Coral Reef, of course, showed up in FULL EFFECT! 🐟Everyone did an amazing job, and I couldn’t be prouder of our kids. And my Emir? 🥹❤️ He brought home 2nd place in his group! 🥈🏆 So proud of you, my boy!
A special shout-out to Coach Whipple for believing in our kids, supporting their abilities, and giving them opportunities to shine. Your dedication and encouragement make such a difference!
These moments remind us that with inclusion, patience, and people who believe in them, our kids can accomplish so much.
Different abilities, endless possibilities! 🥎🏆❤️ #specialolympics #autism #reefdoesitbetter by @charminsky

Happy Birthday, Dad! ❤️

I honestly don’t even know what to say because the 11 days in Guyana with you were truly some of the best times we’ve spent together. From my first tiniest plane ride 😂, to our earliest morning coffees, and even creating our own little family of parrots 🦜😂 we made some really special memories.

It was such a great time, and I’m so grateful I got to spend it with you. ❤️

I hope you have the BEST birthday ever, Dad! You deserve it. 🎂❤️ by @charminsky

One hour each way, hot as hell, but some causes are worth the hour drive. ❤️💙 🛻
9/11 Heroes Run 5K more social run than race, but all for a purpose.

3rd year in a row running the Bleeding Blue 5K 💙🇺🇸
Today was extra emotional as we ran in memory of 8 fallen officers. Seeing their pictures, white flowers, and their families waiting at the finish line was truly touching.
Whether you showed up or simply registered and contributed, you helped support the families of these fallen officers and that’s what matters most.
I got to do all of this with @nath.vzz , who shares my passion for supporting mental health in every aspect. And I even got to meet a new friend, @3a.m.fog , a mental health coach and advocate.
Feeling grateful to be a “civilian” among the blue for a morning.
For the fallen. For their families. Never forgotten. 🇺🇸 💙👮‍♂️🚔

It seems like no one cares about me, my Snoopy habit, or my running 😂 So, rather than another Snoopy or running post, here you go…

The HELI 🚁 as of this morning! Because apparently this is what you guys want to see. 😂

Kennedy Kids Foundation 5K 💙
This was one of those days where I literally had a run and then ran straight to work! 😂🏃🏽‍♀️➡️🏥
But it was all good because I was running for a cause, and it was 100% worth it.
@foundationkennedykids is dedicated to supporting teen mental health, a cause that is so incredibly important.
It was a long day, but knowing I had already done something that morning to support a cause that helps teens made every step worth it. 💙
Run for a cause. Run with purpose. Every step counts. 🏃🏽‍♀️💙 by @charminsky

Tonight was bittersweet. 🥹❤️ My last Open House at The Reef for Emir after 8 years.
Emir graduated the academic portion in 2023 and spent the last three years in vocational programs cooking, plants, Publix, and this year, back at Publix. Watching his journey and how much he has grown over these 8 years has been such a blessing.
Laila graduated from The Reef in 2025 and is now in her second year of college. 🎓
Wheeeew! I did my job! 🙌🏽❤️ I showed up, supported them, worried, celebrated, advocated, and watched both of my kids grow into the young adults they are today.
The Reef chapter is officially coming to an end. And honestly… I’m ready for my next chapter! ✨🥰 by @charminsky

Labor Day 5K 🏃🏽‍♀️ — #2 of the trilogy! 💪🏽🔥
And we had a new runner on board! Miss Aaliyaha joined us for her very first 5K! 🎉 Thank you Mari & Noreen for bringing her along!
Ran into a few friendly faces and, as always, had so much fun supporting @gorunmiami Not too much sun this morning either, so it was a perfect morning to run! ❤️🏃🏽‍♀️
