Summer by The Common Interest, Clay Turner
🍉🕶️⛱️
Recorded, Produced, Mixed, & Mastered by @chasekrank at @flatwoundstudio
Vocals: @__clayturner__
Instrumental: @chasekrank
Cover Art: @lukevesely

“Summer is a feel-good, late night cruisin’ down the road tune you just want to vibe to with the windows down. It’s the second single released by The Common Interest and Clay Turner, following the other dual-released single, Sundress. Summer has a whole new vibe to it: a laid back groove, melancholic feel, and nostalgic filled vocal melodies telling a story that creates a sense of longing for something that once came to an end. After that, you’ll experience an ending guitar solo that will keep you coming back for more as the story slowly wraps up. Enjoy our new single Summer as the weather starts to get warmer, all the way until the cold begins to creep back in, like those memories that fade in and out with time.”

Sundress by The Common Interest, Clay Turner
☀️👗
Recorded, Produced, Mixed, & Mastered at @flatwoundstudio
Vocals: @__clayturner__
Instrumental: @chasekrank
Cover Art: @lukevesely

“Originally, Turner came to Chase just for a producer—someone to record, produce, and release music for him—but quickly we realized we were much more than that. Our songwriting started taking off, creativity bloomed, and soon enough The Common Interest was born. Comprised of Chase (who primarily creates the instrumentals) and Turner (who primarily creates the vocals), The Common Interest is an Indie Pyschedelic / Alternative / Pop duo who have no plans of slowing down once they start. Multiple singles are already lined up ready to be released, each with its own flare and unique source of musicality. Sundress is a catchy indie pop tune with hints of psychedelic elements and an ear-dancing bass guitar line that will get you moving! Out everywhere today for you to enjoy.”
