If you haven’t noticed by now, I’m doing it with or without you… Are you listening yet?!?!? If you KNEW what I knew, you’d want to MOVE how I move… The sacrifices I once made have repaid me 10X OVER in peace. I study myself harder than any supporter or hater could. I adjust. I adapt. I don’t lose sight of the promises I made to myself. You can check my timeline. You’ll see. Here you go: Instagram - @chaseyourwellness TikTok - @ chaseyourwellness It’s time to lock in!!! 🔒 I don’t know who needs to hear this… but I’d hate to NOT be in this corner of the world right now (ESPECIALLY WOMEN), online entrepreneurship. Don’t be the person who let another three years go by without trying to adapt to the world that is so rapidly evolving around them. Follow @chaseyourwellness to stay in the loop to see the opportunities I see & how you can benefit from them. You’re going to want to stay tuned 👀 Thank you @shelby.sapp & @womenandwealthcon for hosting THE MOST impactful weekend event 🙏🏼🤍 #grateful #chaseyourwellness #BecomeHER by @chaseyourwellness
🌟 In a world clouded by fear, indecision, and doubt—be the LEADER who chooses to rise above. 🌟 Welcome to @chaseyourwellness ! I’m Marissa Chase, the founder of this page. I’m a full-time day trader, business owner, wellness advocate, travel lover, and mentor, committed to building a life by design. Over the past two years, I’ve been on a mission to discover my truest self, align with meaningful opportunities, and grow into my fullest potential—and I want to bring you along with me. ✨ Day trading has been a game-changer, opening doors to financial independence and connecting me with a powerful network of like-minded people. It’s shown me firsthand the freedom that comes with taking control of your financial journey, and how this is just one piece of a larger puzzle. The truth is, so many of us are searching for a way out of financial stress—a way to build a life we’re proud of. Money is simply a tool, a stepping stone to a life that is rich in all areas of wellness: physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and financial. True wellness starts within. It’s about investing in every part of yourself, taking action to heal, and creating a life that feels good from the inside out. When you have the financial resources to support your growth, the doors to a fulfilling life begin to open wide. Imagine a life where you’re not just dreaming big but living big, investing in yourself, and believing in your potential. Thousands of others are already experiencing this shift—discovering new levels of wellness, confidence, and happiness. So why not you? There’s no better time than now to say yes to yourself, to take a leap toward the life you want. Drop a “WELLNESS” in the comments or DM me if you’re ready to explore what a life full of true wellness can look like. Let’s make it happen together. ✨ by @chaseyourwellness
Tides have turned 🌊 Career playing fields have leveled out across the board… no matter the industry. Leaders who focused on the things they MOST wanted to avoid have now attracted in exactly what they unknowingly “wished” for… sticking to outdated systems & not realizing or even worse… choosing to stand behind things that their people DON’T ACTUALLY need for the benefit of themselves. Undereducated people following misalignment they didn’t know existed. This is why so many people “think” they know business… They see noise, not clarity in how to actually go from where they’re at now to where they want to be. Don’t let your past experiences define your life. Empower yourself to learn skillsets. Choose to know all of the information & put some skin in the game so that you know exactly why you’re at where you’re at in YOUR OWN LIFE. Once you put yourself in the game, you can actually make justified decisions. If you’re sick of not knowing your first step in achieving a better life & you don’t know who can realistically guide you to it… check my feed @chaseyourwellness starting from the VERY beginning, scroll up, & read the bio. by @chaseyourwellness
Said it. Doing it. Living it. 💎 by @chaseyourwellness
Most people don’t realize that the life they are living TODAY is a culmination of every single decision they have made since the day they were born. Manifestation doesn’t happen by accident. Get clear on your desire & set intentions to achieve that desire. Visualize it. Believe in it. But most importantly, act on it. Manifestation starts with movement. Aligned action turns intention into reality. Start now, even it’s messy. It’s not too late. It’s never too late. So what step are you taking today to start bringing your manifestations into reality? by @chaseyourwellness
Block out the noise. Cut the distractions. Live your life the way YOU want to. You only get one shot, don’t waste it. Would you rather go ALL OUT in taking action towards the life you desire OR sit back and always wonder what if? by @chaseyourwellness
You need a mission. A vision. A meaningful project to pull you forward. Without it, you’re just drifting—like a jellyfish at the mercy of the current. Life will toss you wherever it pleases, and you’ll mistake movement for progress. Ambition without action leads to anxiety. Restlessness. The gnawing feeling that you’re meant for more but doing nothing about it. So pick a direction. Build something. Chase something. Give yourself a reason to wake up hungry. Because without a mission, the world will decide your path for you. by @chaseyourwellness
When you zoom out on your life, you start to realize how many catalysts have taken place to get you to exactly where you are today. Seasons of life come and go, but the one thing that remains consistent is that YOU are there with yourself during each one. Take care of you. Do things for you. Care for others, but always remember to love yourself more than anything else. Most importantly, NEVER be afraid to live authentically for you. When you step into that frequency, everything starts aligning for your highest good. Lean into the discomfort that change brings & trust all will happen the exact way it’s supposed to 🤍 by @chaseyourwellness
What would your life look like if there were no “rules”? •No Limitations •No One Telling You No •If Finances Didn’t Play a Factor •Nothing Holding You Back Have you ever caught yourself dreaming, then immediately talk yourself out of why it can’t ever be real for you? If you follow your path of most excitement, let yourself “go there,” and visualize yourself experiencing everything you desire… Congratulate yourself 🥳 You just took the first step towards living the life you ARE meant to live. Now lean into it & keep making decisions in alignment with that feeling, soon it will be your reality 🤍 by @chaseyourwellness
Dream so big that you have to grow into the person who can achieve them 🤍 by @chaseyourwellness
Speak the life you dream of into existence & act as if it’s already done ✨ Gratitude is the 🔑 to appreciating the journey you’re on. Learn to fall in love with the process of becoming the best version of you, no matter what chapter you’re in 🫶🏼 Forever blessed & grateful for everything placed in my life. The people, the opportunities, the experiences 🤍 Nothing can stop you when you go ALL IN on YOU. by @chaseyourwellness
Like the desert, we all have untapped reserves. When life gets dry, dig deep and discover the strength you didn’t know you had. The strongest & most rewarding paths are often the ones few dare to take. 🤍 Opportunities can come & go just as quick as it takes the sun to set. Make sure you move quickly & confidently in the path towards your highest fulfillment ✨ by @chaseyourwellness
