E&C wedding Wknd 🥂 by @chayceldouglas

Ended Q3 by turning 33!

This past quarter has brought lots of laughs and fun times at Palios, as well lots of cries in the shower. Lol. Opening a bar has been the most fun & rewarding experience but also has been the biggest struggle & has been the most hard work I have done in my life.

Q3 had lots of fun from Stampede, Cape Breton, Ontario, camping, red deer folk fest and so much more!

Hoping Q4 brings a busy season, full seats in the bar, and lots of cold Sawback beers & splashes to go around!

Thank you everyone for your support this past quarter, it’s can only go up from here right ? 🍻 by @chayceldouglas

Q2 brought plenty of laughs… and more than a few shower cries. 😅 But we made it.

The biggest win? Palios officially opened its doors. 🍻

Beyond grateful for this journey and even more grateful for the people who were there through every high, low, and chaotic moment. Thanks for laughing through it all with me, pals. Here’s to what’s next. ❤️ by @chayceldouglas

I bought a bar! 🍻

Maybe it’s a mid-life crisis, maybe it’s just another adventure… either way, I’m excited to introduce Palios.

Palios was built around something that means a lot to me: the incredible pals I’m lucky enough to have in my life. That’s where our motto comes from — Where Good Pals Gather.

We’re keeping it local, featuring some of my favourite local brews, spirits, and ingredients while creating a space where friends can connect, celebrate, and make memories.

And because apparently I don’t know how to sit still, I’m adding this to the mix alongside my role with Sawback and my event planning company.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. I can’t wait to welcome you all through the doors and raise a glass together.

Cheers to PALIOS! 🍻

*** Don’t worry I’m still providing the best beer with @sawbackbrewery 🍻 by @chayceldouglas

Excited to share that I’ve officially partnered up with @sawbackbrewery to represent their sales here in Calgary! 🍻

You’ve probably seen them popping up on my socials more lately — I’ve been working with the team over the past few months, and it’s been awesome to now announce it.

I first connected with Sawback over six years ago while working with @albertagrains and quickly fell in love with their beer, their story, and the people behind it — local roots, community-driven, and full of passion for craft.

Can’t wait to keep building their presence in Calgary and share more of what they’re brewing. LOCAL. CRAFT BEER. 🌾🍺

14 + years 🤍

Countless memories, non stop laughter, and every phase of life — and somehow we still end up right beside each other. Feeling really lucky to have friendships that have grown with me through it all.
