I pretty much DIY my own pictures somewhere in my house if I don’t have a photographer. This took a minute but it was so much fun getting ready🫶🏽

Green means go.

I promise, I’m not perfectly fine. I promise, I’m not okay. I promise, my mind has been loud. I promise, I feel tired. I promise, I feel hollow. I promise, I feeI alone. When these emotions erupt, more than anything I want to stop. The flashes of red I see slowly begin to hypnotize me almost to a point that I can’t get out. But sometimes, there are these flashes of green too. For some reason, the green doesn’t stop me. The green motivates me; pushes me. It gives me reason to keep going, it gives me a reason to live; to love. It reminds me that I am capable of love, capable of being loved, and that I mean something to someone. I then realized these flashes came in the form of people. People that are my friends, people that aren’t family people that are strangers. Whenever I see this beautiful color it reminds me to live. It reminds me to not stop, but that simply means to “go”.

This may in fact be how you or somebody else has been feeling recently too. To anyone that wants to stop I hope that you understand this: I promise, you will be okay. I promise, you are not your thoughts. I promise, you will feel alive again. I promise, you will feel whole. I promise, you are loved by SO many. I promise, you are NOT ALONE. To my friend, or to my stranger, I love you.

Green means go. There is so much of the color you still have yet to see💚
