🌷💕 Happy Mother's Day! Today, I am filled with gratitude and joy as I celebrate the most influential woman in my life—my mother. She was my first chef and my greatest inspiration. Because of her, I found my love for cooking. Every dish I create is imbued with memories of her, reminding me of the countless hours we spent together in the kitchen when I was just six years old. 🍴👩‍🍳

It was she who instilled in me a passion for culinary arts, teaching me not only the techniques but also the love that transforms a meal into a masterpiece. Thank you, Mother, for your unwavering support and for shaping me into the chef and person I am today. I owe everything to you, and I am eternally grateful. You truly are the best mother in the world. 🌎❤️

I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to my sister Veronica, who has always been there for me, caring for me since I was little and giving me all her love. You are one of the most important women in my life. 🌹

To all the mothers out there, your love and sacrifices do not go unnoticed. Today, we celebrate you. Happy Mother's Day! 🎉💐 by @chef.sevas

Get together with people who empower your life by @chef.sevas

One photograph, two incredible mentors, and a journey filled with gratitude. ❤️👨‍🍳🔥

This photograph means more to me than words can express. Today, I have the privilege of standing alongside two people who have made an unforgettable impact on my life and culinary career: Chef @marianoarayachef and Chef @richrosendale .

Many years ago, my journey began at Casa Mariano, where I started as a Line Cook. It was there, surrounded by the fire, the heat, the intense rushes, and the long hours in the kitchen, that Chef Mariano believed in me, trained me, and gave me the foundation to become the chef I am today. I will never forget where I came from or the person who gave me one of my first great opportunities.

Years later, life gave me the incredible privilege of working alongside Chef Richard Rosendale, a chef I had always admired and dreamed of working with. Thank you, Chef, for believing in me, sharing your knowledge and experience, challenging me to become better every day, and reminding me that in this profession, we never stop learning.

Looking at this photograph today, I see much more than three chefs. I see years of hard work, sacrifices, dreams becoming reality, and, most importantly, two people who have played an essential role in my journey.

One believed in me when I was just starting out; the other opened doors that allowed me to keep growing and achieve dreams that once seemed so far away.

Thank you, Chef Mariano, for teaching me my first lessons through the fire, passion, and intensity of a professional kitchen. And thank you, Chef Rosendale, for continuing to guide me, inspire me, and push me to become a better chef every single day.

Because I will never forget where my journey began, who first ignited that passion, and who taught me to take it even further. 🔥

To my two mentors, you will always have my deepest respect, admiration, and gratitude. 🙏❤️

Many of you know her, but for those who don’t… meet The Showstopper. 🔥🥩

Our flaming Tomahawk doesn’t just come to the table — she makes an entrance. Served with velvety mac & cheese, crispy potato wedges, and perfectly roasted Brussels sprouts, this is one you have to experience for yourself.

Come hungry. Bring friends. And order The Showstopper.

Another project added to the journey. 👨‍🍳🔥

Same passion. Same dedication. Years of experience, and still doing what I love most cooking, creating, and always growing.

More to come. 🚀 by @chef.sevas

🔥👨‍🍳✨ EVERY DISH TELLS A STORY. ✨👨‍🍳🔥

A story of passion, discipline, creativity, and love for what I do.

🍽️ Cooking has never been just a profession to me. it’s how I express who I am. Every ingredient, every detail, every plate carries a piece of my heart.

🙏 Grateful for another week of creating, learning, and doing what I love.

🔥 Cook with passion. Create with purpose. Serve with love✨🙏🏼

Being a chef is more than just cooking. 👨‍🍳🔥
It’s living through fire, pressure, sacrifice, and passion.

Behind every plate are hours no one sees—mistakes, lessons, discipline, and a piece of our story.

This career has given me incredible experiences, but above all, it has taught me that dreams are built through the fire and chaos of the kitchen.

To every chef out there: keep creating, keep learning, keep dreaming.
Because we don’t just serve food… we give a piece of our lives in every plate. ❤️‍🔥

Stay disciplined. Stay focused. Work in silence. 🔪🔥

In the kitchen and in life, not everyone needs to know your next move. Protect your goals, master your craft, and let your work speak for itself.

Head down. Knife sharp. Fire on.
No excuses. No noise. Just discipline, passion, and purpose.

Everything else will come in its time, always with God’s blessing. 🙏🏼

Stay focused. Stay hungry. Keep cooking. 👨🏻‍🍳🔥 by @chef.sevas
