Excited to finally share a project I’ve been working on alongside chef @nicolasrouzaud. From launch back in February to some delicious new additions, I’ve been helping develop the savoury menu at @lecafenicolasrouzaud 🥗🥪 A few of my favourites you’ll find on the menu: 🥒Salt beef brioche sandwich with sauerkraut, cornichons & mustard mayonnaise. 🍅 Cream of tomato soup with crispy garlic bread and melted mozzarella, served in a sourdough bread bowl! by @chef_anshu
What a week. 🍕🎾 A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to see SL’ICE at our exclusive pop-up in the QC Members’ Enclosure. It’s always such a pleasure to share @slicepizza.uk, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who came by, grabbed a slice, and made our week such a success. And of course, a huge thank you to the team for the endless pizza making (and keeping the slices coming all week long!). 🍕 Until next time... grazie! 🇮🇹 by @chef_anshu
So honoured for the team and I to have served up SL’ICE at the celebration for @idriselba knighthood 👑🍕 On the menu were @slicepizza.uk favourites such as Charred Suya Beef & Yaji Pizza, alongside our most-loved classics and signatures including Margherita and Spring Pea & Smoked Mozzarella. Finished with something sweet, gelato, of course! 🍨 Thank you, Sir Idris Elba! Truly a moment to remember. We had a lot of fun! #slicepizza #pizzarestaurant #gelatobar by @chef_anshu

Four months in the making… and we’re finally here. 🇮🇹✨ Horn at @BullBurford has been a true labour of love - built around a simple idea: Italian all-day dining, done properly. No fuss, no overcomplication - just food people genuinely love to eat, cooked with the best local produce we can get our hands on. We’ve focused on creating dishes that feel familiar and comforting, but elevated in every detail. The kind of food you can come back to again and again. A few of my personal favourites from the menu: 🍝 Picci Pomodoro with stracciatella 🍖 Slow-cooked veal ragù with rigatoni 🥑 Butter lettuce & avocado salad with pumpkin seed dressing 🍋 Sorrento lemon sorbet, finished with fresh lemon zest Couldn’t be prouder of what the team has created. Chef 👨‍🍳 @chefoliverdurnford Chef 👨‍🍳 @geerishmadhewoo Come by, settle in, and eat the way it’s meant to be: simple, seasonal, and done to perfection. #HornAtBullBurford #ItalianDining #LocalProduce #AllDayDining #BurfordEats by @chef_anshu
