Sold-out event at @petitbaravin a few weeks ago on an absolutely gorgeous night! ✨

A huge thank you to the amazing team at @petitbaravin and to everyone who came out and made the evening so special. And, of course, a special shout out to the terrific wine pairing that complemented the food beautifully! 🍷✨

We’re so grateful for all the support, energy, and good vibes. 🥂❤️

🥂❤️ by @chef_phil_cameron

What an incredible honor it was to taste Chef Phil Cameron’s masterpiece. 🤍 As someone who truly believes food is a form of art, this was a moment I’ll always treasure.

Pan-seared Pork Jowl, Onion Miso Jam, Herb Sauce & Fresh-Baked Focaccia, the pork was unbelievably tender, rich, and savory, perfectly complemented by the sweet umami of the onion miso jam, the freshness of the herb sauce, and the warm, pillowy focaccia. Every bite felt thoughtfully crafted and beautifully balanced.

Thank you, Chef Phil Cameron, for sharing your passion through such an unforgettable dish. Grateful to have experienced this at the Canada Pork Pavilion during WOFEX Manila 2026. 🤍 by @chef_phil_cameron

In 2025, I had the incredible privilege of leading the culinary team at the Canadian Pavilion during Expo 2025 Osaka. Over the course of six unforgettable months, I led a talented team of young cooks from Canada as we welcomed distinguished guests from around the world, proudly showcasing the very best of Canadian hospitality, cuisine, and the exceptional products our country has to offer.

Throughout the Expo, we had the privilege of welcoming talented chefs from coast to coast across Canada into our kitchen. Every visit was an opportunity to learn from one another, collaborate, and celebrate the diversity of Canadian cuisine. Those moments, and the friendships that came from them, are something I'll always be grateful for.

After the Expo, I stayed in touch with several of those chefs, and that's how my collaboration with @ada.culinarystudio came to life.

Recently, I had the opportunity to visit Chef @chefloo and Chef Chris in Prince Edward Island. Seeing their passion and dedication firsthand was a reminder of what makes this industry so special. Hospitality isn't an easy profession, but it's one built on commitment, hard work, and genuine care for others. Chef Adam and his entire team embody those values every day.

It was an honor to work alongside all of you once again and to cook with the incredible products that Prince Edward Island has to offer.

Hats off to the entire team! Thank you for continuing to represent some of the very best of Canadian hospitality and cuisine. If you're ever in Charlottetown, make sure to stop by and experience it for yourself.

Thank you for the warm welcome, I can't wait for the next opportunity to cook together. 🇨🇦🍁 by @chef_phil_cameron

Sneak peek into the pop-up event at @ada.culinarystudio with @chefloo and his incredible team!

It was a privilege to work alongside you in Japan, and an even greater pleasure to reunite and collaborate on the beautiful island of PEI.

This is just the beginning, much more to come! 👀✨

Some collaborations are planned, this one was earned.

Chef Phil Cameron and I first worked together at the Canadian Pavilion at the World Expo in Osaka last September. National Chef of the Year. Culinary Olympics gold and silver medalist. Executive Chef at the Parliamentary Dining Room, Fairmont Château Laurier, and the German Embassy. One of the most decorated chefs in Canada.

This July, he's bringing a Japanese-inspired menu to Ada Culinary Studio for one night only — and if you know Phil's food, you already know this event is not one to miss.

July 11, 2026 · $85 per person or $300 for a table of four.

Tickets available via link in bio.
