🇭🇰 Ranked No. 30 on 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific list, Little Napoli @littlenapoli.hk is Chef Gavino Pilo's @chefgavino Michelin Bib Gourmand pizzeria concept, with new items added to its array of Neapolitan pizzas starting October 19th.  Here, we began with the Insalata Costa which was a luscious burrata with an appetizing Amalfi lemon zest; while from the pasta section, we preferred the Ziti Alla Genovese that was a deliciously slow-braised beef dish with tropea onion sauce sweetness.  Several pizzas followed with the Reginella being another new item in a 40cm cartwheel-styled pie with cherry tomato sweetness, contrasting a smokey Agerola mozzarella.  This was all concluded by a pair of desserts including the Ricottamisu in a creative twist, swapping mascarpone for coffee buffalo ricotta in a smooth, unique bite. Having called Wan Chai its home now for almost two years, Little Napoli is a vibrant den of down-to-earth energy with front of seats of pizza chefs at work; armed with a collection of scrumptious classics and new pies, plus now added items on its repertoire for a complete restaurant experience. 50 Top Pizza-ranked 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶 is finally dropping a brand-new menu on October 12th. Chef Gavino  flew back to Italy to personally handpick the ingredients. Beyond crafting house-made Cavatelli and Southern Italian starters, the absolute showstopper this time is the historic 40cm 'Cart Wheel' pizza (Pizza a Ruota di Carro) straight from the old quarters of Naples. Engineered to be massive, thin, and soft. The new Cetarese pizza is a top pick, featuring intense dry-cured Cetara Bresaola and low-moisture smoked Agerola mozzarella. Paired with a sweet Vesuvio apricot sauce, it creates an exceptional sweet-and-savory contrast. Comment "𝗣𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮" to get the address and booking link sent straight to your DM! 留言「𝗣𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮」，我會私訊你餐廳地址和網上訂座連結 📍 Little Napoli @littlenapoli.hk G/F., 6 Tai Wong Street East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong #pizza #50toppizza #michelin by @chefgavino
Simple, authentic, and done to absolute perfection. There is an art to restraint, and nowhere is that more evident than in a classic Margherita. Treating myself to a solo lunch at @littlenapoli.hk in Wan Chai reminded me exactly why this timeless classic remains undefeated. When a kitchen has nowhere to hide behind heavy toppings, every single element must shine. @chefgavino has mastered this beautifully from the vibrant, sweet San Marzano tomatoes and creamy Agerola fior di latte to that perfectly charred, pillowy Neapolitan crust. It is a masterful balance of texture and flavor that transports you straight to Italy with the very first bite. If you appreciate the beauty of simplicity executed at the highest standard, this is an absolute must visit. Little Napoli G/F, Antung Building, 6 - 16 Tai Wong Street East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong #ATLifestyle #EatWithAlvino #LittleNapoliHK #NapoliPizza #香港美食 by @chefgavino
Little Napoli è uno di questi.
