A little throwback to our last collaboration with John Javier from @caia.london

He came to Warsaw, took over the Musa kitchen, cooked some very good food and, somewhere along the way, told us the story of how he ended up cooking for YE — which is probably better heard from John himself after a couple of glasses of wine.

Good food, good chaos, great stories.

Having Thomas with us at Musa all the way from Paris was honestly an honour.
Sharing the kitchen with someone like him was not only inspiring, but also a real pleasure.

What made this collaboration special was how naturally he brought himself, his story, and his Vietnamese roots into the dishes he created.
Plates full of identity, memory and personality, honest food with something to say.

Beyond the food and beyond the experience itself, what we’re happiest about is that we also made a new friend.
