Recognized in the MICHELIN Guide for the 5th consecutive year! Five years is not luck. Five years is discipline, repeated. The cooks who hold the same standard on plate one and plate four hundred. The servers who remember your anniversary. The bartenders who close the room and reset it for tomorrow. Consistency is the hardest thing in this business, because it has to be earned again today, and again tomorrow. Our team has earned it over 10+ year and running. Thank you to the MICHELIN Guide inspectors, and to every guest who has sat at our tables since day one. To our team, who holds all of it together every night: this is yours! 🥂 Ardo. Sicilian, always. by @chefrobertomarotta
Congratulations!! Simply Amazing! by @chefrobertomarotta
Bar Ardo has been recognized in the MICHELIN Guide for the first time! Bar Ardo is not a cocktail bar with food. It’s a room built out of over fifteen years of travelling together — the markets, the trattorias, the back-street bars, the meals we couldn’t stop talking about on the flight home. Everywhere we went taught us something. Sicily is where we put it. On the plate and in the glass, with equal care. To the team who brought all of that into one room and holds it there, night after night: this recognition is yours. Anno uno. 🍸 📍 Bar Ardo — 169 King Street East

If @bar.ardo isn’t on your burger radar yet, let me fix that. Their 7oz prime rib burger is simple, dangerously delicious, and cooked perfect. It’s the kind of bite you’ll be thinking about long after. 🍔 Pair it with their elevated small plates, dreamy pastas, and perfectly crafted cocktails, and you’ve got all the makings of a perfect night out. 🍽️ 🍔 The Bar ARDO Burger • beef patty topped with brandy caramelized onion, and aged cheddar. 🍟 Frites • served with lemon mayonnaise. 🐙 Polpo • Mediterranean grilled octopus with cucumber, cannellini beans puree and mint 🍞 Pizza Rossa E Acciughe • house made sourdough Sicilian pizza topped with cherry tomato sauce, charred red bell pepper, Sicilian anchovies, and mint 🍝 Astice • house made egg fettuccine, East Coast fresh lobster, heirloom cherry tomato, fava bean, in a 24-hour lobster reduction 🥃 Passion Fruit Margarita 🍫 Crostata Al Lamponi • dark chocolate mousse tart with raspberry mascarpone 🍸 Cafe E Olio • espresso, vodka, kahlua, olive oil, and maldon salt Find Bar ARDO at 169 King St. East 📍 Tag a friend who needs to dine out with you in the comments below ⬇️ | 📸 @burgersto #burgersTO by @chefrobertomarotta
