Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Wishing everyone all the best from Crystal Sequeira and I 🤠 by @chefthomasheitzofficial

Barcelona at Enrique Tomás, 36-month aged 100% Ibérico jamón. Crunchy bread, crushed local tomatoes, olive oil. Nothing more, nothing less.
It’s a reminder that when ingredients are this honest, restraint becomes the art.

Oceanwise Seafood Event at the Toronto Zoo "Toronto 2015". Tostones with halibut ceviche, peppered strawberries, and pea tendrils. A reminder that bold ideas often start with simple ingredients and a curious mind. A small bite inspired by Oceanwise proving that protecting our oceans can start with the choices we make on the plate. @thetorontozoo @oceanwise by @chefthomasheitzofficial

Hootenanny "Toronto, 2013" at the Orange Lounge. I didn’t know it then, but this was one of those nights that quietly shaped how I see food, creativity, and people! @orangeloungeto by @chefthomasheitzofficial

Thanks Everyone for the thoughtful Birthday Wishes 😃 I am in the Gold Coast Australia right now overlooking the beach...not to shabby! Just missing my friends and family but looking forward to seeing you all soon! I am coming over uninvited sooner or later 😜 Miss you all and keep being awesome! by @chefthomasheitzofficial

Conhece a Firehouse Subs?
😋🥖

I have come to terms! It looks like I will never get my original @chefthomasheitz accounts back from @facebook and @instagram. Unfortunately the hackers were able to lock me out of all my accounts in less than an hour and remove all my devices, emails, passwords and phone numbers associated with my accounts. @meta is now officially controlled by thousands of chatbots that absolutely cannot help and send all recovery attempts to the hackers... unbelievable! There is literally no human being left to talk to. This is a warning to all my friends and family to be cautious about my hacked accounts. I will never try to sell you anything on social media. Now I guess I am reborn 😃 Beware of hackers and turn on all your 3rd party authentication apps and security features because if you are hacked kiss all your content goodbye! by @chefthomasheitzofficial
