Fourteen years ago, I had no idea I’d be meeting the soul that would carry me through some of life’s highest highs and lowest lows.

You’ve never cared where we lived, what job I had, or how hard life became. You only cared that we were together.

Thank you for every hike, every road trip, every snowy adventure, every wagging tail when I came home, and every quiet moment that reminded me I wasn’t alone.

No amount of time will ever feel like enough, so today I celebrate every moment we’ve shared and every moment we still get. You have been my home, no matter where in the world we have lived.

Happy 14th Birthday to the greatest dog I’ll ever know. My best friend and my family. I’ll cherish every single day we have together. I love you forever, Diesel. ❤️#husky #seniordog #huskypics #dogsbirthday by @chefwanderlust88
