Thank you to everyone that rocked with me this summer. by @chemka.radio
Second time around. 💿 Grateful to have been invited back to curate and play a 4-hour all-vinyl set for the annual @Snipes Back2School event at their Downtown Boston location. It’s always special when music, community, and culture come together in one space, and I’m grateful to continue being part of events like this. A huge thank you to my friend @wahidsweat for continuing to believe in what I do and for bringing me back, and to the entire SNIPES team for the opportunity and hospitality. Shoutout to Ricky @ohrteezmediallc for capturing these moments so beautifully, and much love to everyone behind the scenes who helped bring the day together. Until the next one. 🫶🏾💿 Selecta Chemka / @chemka.radio by @chemka.radio
Two years of Soundbox 🎶🖤🎉🔉 What started as a love for vinyl, music, and bringing people together has grown into something truly special. Huge thank you to everyone who has come out, danced, supported, spun records, spread the word, and helped make these nights what they are. Your energy and love for the music have kept this going and made every event unforgettable. We’re incredibly grateful for @stateparkbar and the community that’s formed around Soundbox, and we’re just getting started. Here’s to the past two years of vinyl dance nights—and to many more nights of great records, full dance floors, and memories ahead. Thank you for being part of it. See you at the next tonight. 🕺💿✨ $5 cover by @chemka.radio
