It started as a class project, but it’s still a CaveRoom Entertainment production — and I’m proud of what we put together.

Big thanks to @naomiatheart , Jaden, Yarrita, Savanah and @chicagonewsweekly for helping me bring After Five to life.

Now I want some real feedback.

Check out the full video and critique it. Tell me what works, what doesn’t, what you would’ve done differently, or anything you think could make the next one better. Editing, camera work, lighting, sound, story, pacing — it’s all fair game.

I’m still learning, still experimenting, and still working to make every production better than the last.

🎥 Watch After Five and leave your feedback in the comments.

Three decades of vision, strategy and undeniable impact.

In our latest cover story, we spotlight @dionnewilliams_ illiams, founder and CEO of D. Williams PR Group, as she reflects on her rise through Chicago’s media and public relations industry, the golden era of Black beauty and her role in helping independent designers claim space on the global fashion stage.

From working with legendary names like Aretha Franklin to building the Emerge Fashion Show into a celebrated platform now marking its 15th anniversary, Williams’ career is a lesson in preparation, professionalism and executing with purpose.

Read “Architect of Style: Three Decades of PR Mastery, the Black Beauty Boom” in the August 27 through September 9 issue of Chicago News Weekly using the link in our bio.
