If you’ve been following this journey with me, then you know that first picture is the picture that started it all. Ironically, it also happens to be the first solo op I had ever taken with Jensen…and while, yes, it’s very easy to get out mogged by this man…to me, it was also very clear that I needed to make a change…

…and so began the Jacked For Jensen journey…

I have spent the last 8 months healing myself from the inside out, and having fun with my fitness journey and this community full of supportive like minded individuals who happen to enjoy these photo ops as much as I do 😂

Needless to say, this latest op my friends is what happens when:

• You regulate your nervous system
• You prioritize your mindset and mental health just as much as your physical appearance
• You shed the weight of other people’s opinions
• You begin to unapologetically do the things that bring you joy 🤩

The journey is far from over…but sometimes you have to pause and appreciate have far you have already come 🙌🏾

P.S. I wonder if Jensen knows how he’s out here inspiring positive changes in peoples lives 🥹

My NEW FAVORITE photo with my FOREVER FAVORITE fictional boyfriend 🤩 IYKYK 😏

I didn’t even have to think about what JPG to post first, this is THE ONE! The smile guys, the smile…GAHHH I love it when he smiles!

You will NEVER regret hugging Jensen Ackles from behind! I told yall before, the man smells like world peace and chivalry wrapped up with a dollop of joy on top 🖤

P.S. should we just start calling this pose “The Alecs” 😌

I am pretty sure this one takes the cake for me 🤩

We went from the “prom pose” into me telling him, “alright I’m going to hug you from behind now”…I had no idea what he was doing up there, I was too busy minding my business and floating up to heaven back there 🤣

So imagine my pleasant surprise when I saw the end results! His smile is just as big as mine 🥰 if you are looking for pose ideas ladies (or gents) hugging Jensen Fine AF Ackles from behind is a quite the experience! 10/10…NO NOTES!

BTW, let me remind yall that this man smells like everything that is right in the world ☺️

Hi, my name is Alecs, and I enjoy Jensen Ackles, Fitness, The SPN Fandom, Beauty, and attending Conventions 🤩

And…my content is very predictable, in the best way possible. If you enjoy any of the above, we should probably be friends 😉

The Road from 700 to 10K…Eight months ago, I never imagined I’d be here 🥹

Building a community where I get to show up as my whole self. Finding confidence in the parts of me I used to keep separate. And having you all show up right alongside me. 🖤

November is a month of gratitude, and I’m starting it grateful for THIS. For you. For every conversation, laugh, and “girl, SAME” that reminded me how much connection comes from letting people see you.

Today, our first official Jacked for Jensen challenge kicks off. Movement. Mindset. Motivation. A little fandom fueling us to show up for ourselves…and each other.

My hometown con starts Friday, and we’re just 410 followers from 10K. The goal? Hit that milestone before we see J2 on Sunday! 🥹

Chicago girl 🤞🏾 Hometown con 🫶🏾 A milestone I’d love to cross with the people who helped me get here 🙌🏾

If something I’ve shared has ever made you laugh, feel seen, or feel more confident being YOU, share this reel or send a friend my way. Let’s give them a place to belong, too.

You all have been on this journey with me…now let’s bring it home. 🖤🐿️

My heart have been heavy since I saw the news about @liam_fitzgerald_ so I just wanted to taken a moment to personally share how he inspired yet another person who he had no idea was watching 💔🥹

Did I know him? NO…but, was he one of the first influencers whose platform was so authentically inspirational that it made me want to lean in and share my own journey? YES, absolutely.

He’s receiving such an outpouring of love and support, which he deserves every bit of it…but I think this is also one of those unwanted, unexpected reminders that life is short, precious, and unexpected.

Don’t wait until YOUR people are gone to shower them with love, DO IT NOW. DO IT OFTEN. DO IT ALWAYS 🥹

Again, Liam is gone way too soon, but for me personally, he will continue to inspire me. RIP @liam_fitzgerald_ 💔🙏🏾🕊️ by @chi.chick.alecs
