I spoke at an event the other evening, and most of the questions asked after my speech where about identity and finding yourself, mostly because it was a room full of women who’d given up their careers to care for their children, this had me thinking today about identity and ego and how we can separate ourselves from it all and any feelings it may bring to us. 🫶🙌🎤 Ask yourself a question, if I can observe it, then is it, me 😉🫶🤍 #identity #create #observe #teach by @chiefconfidencecreator

Rebuilding in my 40s!!! So I took a spontaneous trip to London to visit the master of storytelling @storytelling_in_business 💫 A talented gentleman Master Chris Hewitt 🫶 Having to rebuild in your 40s is difficult, there’s an anxiety around TIME and where you should be, rather that where you’ve been! 🫣 I have so much I want to teach and build so this was the first step on my new journey to start telling my stories again! Still looking for my confidence, I certainly didn’t find it in a phone box, but I am finding glimmers of it bit by bit, each and everyday ✨💫✨ Can we rebuild our confidence in our 40s? Follow to see? Thanks to ALBERT my ai sidekick for narrating 🦾🤖#rebuilding #startingoveragain #confidence #businessowner by @chiefconfidencecreator
