. . . he was barefooted, wearing just boxer shorts, wielding an AK 47.
I couldn't make out his words but he spoke to me with passion and intent, as though he was fighting for a cause he believed in.
Then they gathered in threes and said a prayer before going to confront the army . . .

And then I woke up.

Recurring dreams and harsh truths.
Jackboots up against armed youth.

Cleanse your palms.
Chant your Psalms.

Quit the blame.
Be the change.

The work is to play but there's times when the play turns to work, when you don't play with the work. Still you're reminded while you work that the idea is to play. 🔄▶️

Seeing their ideas, creativity and hard work come to life was the best part of the workshop. From learning the process to proudly holding the final outcome, pure joy! 🎨🧵

This is what ARTANDYE is all about: creating, learning and wearing your art. 💜

Our ARTANDYE Workshop was an experience of turning plain fabrics into beautiful expressions of art.

Thank you to everyone who came, created, and shared the experience with us. ❤️

On Sunday, Chile opens the day for us.

A sound experience to ease us into the afternoon and set the tone for everything that follows.
Come early, settle in, have a drink, look around. We’ll take it from there.
