Soy cured egg yolk recipe 👇🏼

🗒️Ingredients:

- 1 fresh biological egg
- 30 ml. soy sauce
- 30 ml. vinegar
- 150 ml. water

👉🏼Procedure:

1️⃣ Add all liquid ingredients to a small sealable container and mix well.

2️⃣ Gently separate the yolk of an egg from the white - I do it using my hands. Slowly transfer it to the container and let it rest in the fridge overnight.

Swipe for Nippon beyond eats 👉🏼

Feeling extremely grateful for the past weeks travelling through Japan with my - hold on, pinch me - husband ✨.

You may have seen only a glimpse of the gastronomy we've explored, yet here are a few snapshots beyond the eats: daily 20-30km strolls, the kindness and politeness of everyone, biking along the Kamo river, infinite buddhist temples and shinto shrines, local arts, marvellous minimalist interior designs, peaceful zen gardens, the ability to make something simple look and feel perfectly clean and neat... and the list goes on!

To Pablo, I truly love you and I am so excited to be sharing this life with you.

To Japan and its people, arigatonazaimasu.
We'll be back 🙏
