dear softball.
from 13th in the nation, to never stepping foot on a field again. i truly dont know where to start. this game has brought me so many memories, friendships, and experiences i never thought i would get to endure. for as long as i can remember, ive eat, breathed, and lived softball. as soon as i could walk i begged dad to bring me to the field, because softball easily became the thing i loved the most in this world. unfortunately, my softball years have come to an end, as i am physically destroying my body, and ruining my college potential for golf. this kills me doing, as the love i have for this game is always with me, and always will be. i cant thank my teammates through the years being my biggest supporters, afar from my parents. this game holds beyond memories, and friendships i wouldve never had, thank you for everything softball. by @chloewitchergolf

I am beyond excited + blessed to announce that I have committed to play Division I golf at Texas A&M University Corpus Christi!

Above all, I want to thank God for guiding my journey, opening doors, and blessing me with the ability and athleticism to pursue this dream!! My faith has been the foundation of everything I do, and I am incredibly grateful for His constant direction throughout this process!

I would like to sincerely thank @cc_coachadams for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to represent the Islanders!! I am excited to compete under her leadership and look forward to contributing to the golf program at the D1 level.

I am extremely thankful for my coaches and mentors who have helped shape me along the way. A special thank you to my swing coaches @brianeatongolf and @corykaufmangolf for their continued guidance, help, and commitment to my development and progress! I am also very grateful to @jesse_massie_pga , @jjsnider67 , and my high school coach Casey Edwards for everything she has done for me!! And thank you to many others who have supported me throughout this journey! Lastly, I want to thank my family for their constant support, sacrifices, ENDLESS hours of driving, and belief in me. I would not be here without you guys, and especially wouldn’t be where I am today if you guy’s didn’t push me.

And at the end of the day… who wouldn’t want to go to school on an island? 🤙🏽💙🏝️💚🤠 #shakasup #goislanders #d1 by @chloewitchergolf

mason cup 2026 💙🤍❤️

beyond blessed to have had the opportunity to be a part of such a special and unforgettable experience. i truly don’t have the words to express how grateful i am for the people, the memories, and the meaning behind this week. the mason cup was so much more than a golf tournament. it was a reminder of how special this game is, the incredible people it brings into your life, and the impact that a community built around golf can have on young athletes.

a very special thank you to @kevinrinker , @jannagoodnight, @kychilly , and everyone who played a part in making the mason cup 2026 possible. the time, effort, generosity, and heart that go into creating an experience like this do NOT go unnoticed. thank you for believing in junior golf, investing in young players, and giving us opportunities that extend far beyond the golf course.

i’m especially grateful for the opportunity to compete alongside, and spend time with so many incredible people who share a love for this game. experiences like these continue to shape me not only as a golfer, but also as a person, and remind me never to take the opportunities i’ve been given for granted. golf has brought SO many amazing people into my life, and being a part of something with this much meaning is something i’m so honored to be apart of!

HUGE thank you again to everyone involved for making this week so special and for continuing to make a difference in the lives of young golfers. your generosity and commitment to this game mean more than words can say, and i hope you know just how much it is appreciated.

dear high school golf,

it’s so surreal that this chapter is already over. when i played my first ever state tournament in 8th grade, i remember watching seniors finish their final 18th hole in full tears, thinking, i still have four more years after this. four more years until that’s me, walking away from a chapter of my life that i’ll never get back. i never could have imagined how fast those four years would go by, or how much this sport would come to mean to me. and today, that thought finally became my reality.

a part of me wishes i could go back to that first state tournament in 8th grade and tell that little girl to slow down and soak it all in. i’d tell her that the years she thinks will last forever will become some of the fastest years of her life, and that one day she’ll understand why those seniors were crying. i’d tell her that it’s okay to cry when something beautiful comes to an end, because it only hurts this much because it meant so much.

high school golf gave me so much more than a sport. it gave me lifelong friends, unforgettable memories, and lessons that shaped me both on and off the course. thank you to every coach, competitor, friend, and family member who encouraged me, believed in me, celebrated my wins, and stood by me through the hard moments. you have all played a part in making this chapter so special. every high, low, and lesson taught me resilience, patience, humility, and trust in God’s plan.

as hard as it is to say goodbye, i’m so excited for my next chapter at @islandersgolf & i’m ready for new challenges, friendships, and the opportunity to keep chasing my dreams at the division 1 level. i can’t wait to see where God takes me next. i may be walking away from high school golf, but i’ll never walk away from the game that changed my life. if i could do it all over again, i’d choose it every time.

thank you, high school golf, for everything. you’ll always have a piece of my heart. here’s to the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.
