hey loves it’s Liv with a video 🫣. after the break, I wanted to reintroduce the chocolate project and explain a bit about the “rebrand”. I say that because this is truly just getting back to the intimate and personal experiences that started the chocolate project. It stemming from my own questions , emotions, conversations and longing for community and to make sense of the world around me and how I fit in it. Thank so much for being on this journey with me. I wouldn’t be able to do it with the support from the amazing, talented people in my community that helped with a photoshoot, modeled, attended an event or vended at event. Thank you thank you 🫶🏾. You will be seeing more of the chocolate project 2026 💓🤗 also new logo 😝 by @chocoproject_

some reminders i gathered from watching if i go, will they miss me? ☁️⭐️🛩️ black imagination can take us places our environments don’t always make room for. This film left me thinking about the ways we carry our environments with us, the things we inherit, the things we leave behind + the worlds we create in our minds when reality feels too small, maybe that’s part of why imagination matters so much. what did this film leave you thinking about? Also what reminders resonate with you. Let us know below 🫶🏾🤲🏾 #blackfemmes #thechocolateproject by @chocoproject_
when we’re on a lil creative or inspiration block we look to creatives for inspiration or to reconnect with the feelings that are truly behind all art especially that of black women + femmes. it’s like different stories being drawn, or written as you look at each art piece. so we wanted to share some creatives we’ve been following recently ❤️‍🔥🤲🏾. we’d love to hear some of your recent favs + feel free to plug your own work as well we’d love to support ❤️‍🔥 creatives listed: @camreapher @sarah_akinterinwa @sharayareetz.art @faithbrowndesign @katthecreative by @chocoproject_
Lately, we’ve been thinking about how much we love seeing Black women and femmes make things. There’s something freeing about creating simply because we feel like it not because it needs to be perfect, productive, or turned into a business. We wand more spaces where we can explore, play, and make just because we can. What’s inspiring you lately? Let us know below 🫶🏾 by @chocoproject_
