At Choice Training Club, we focus on functional movements that help you build strength, confidence and capability for everyday life. You don’t need to be fit before you start. You don’t need to know what to do. Our coaches will guide you, help you train safely and meet you where you are. Come and meet us, see the gym and find out whether Choice is the right fit for you. ABOUT US: Choice Training Club is a friendly, supportive gym in Mallorca offering expert coaching, functional fitness and strength training for all ages and abilities. We help our members train for a stronger, healthier and more active life. by @choice.training.club

We’re an Advent calendar collection point! 🍫❤️ For the 11th year, Hayley Medlock is collecting chocolate Advent calendars for children in Mallorca’s children’s homes and for the local food banks, and we’re proud to help. If you can spare a euro or two, pick up a chocolate Advent calendar and drop it off at Choice Training Club in Santa Ponça. Members can bring one to class, and anyone else is welcome to pop in too. One calendar can mean so much. Let’s put a smile on as many little faces as we can this Christmas 🎅✨ #ChoiceTrainingClub #EffortIsAChoice #SantaPonsa #Mallorca #GivingBack by @choice.training.club
Effort is a choice. 💪 Strength that lasts isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up, being coached properly and training alongside people who know your name. At Choice Training Club every session is coach-led, for men and women of every age and every starting point. 👉 Send us a message to get started. Your first step is the hardest one, and we’ll take it with you. 📍 Santa Ponça, Mallorca | choicetrainingclub.com #ChoiceTrainingClub #EffortIsAChoice #SantaPonsa #SantaPonca #Mallorca MallorcaFitness by @choice.training.club

Meet Mark. This is Mark who’s been a member of the gym for just under two years now. Mark has been putting in the reps day in, day out, showing up consistently to work out and it’s really starting to pay off for him. He’s transformed his health and he’s not done yet! This video was shot two months ago and Mark is due a body scan very soon … we’re sure his results will show how hard he’s been working. Mark is a great example of how our members take back control of their health, and grow in so many ways… not just their muscles! Mark we are so proud of your efforts and how much you’ve put in to the gym, thank you for being part of our community. by @choice.training.club
