Hello, this is Takase Onsen Takahashiya Kanzan Sou. The “Taishitamonja Snake Festival,” which marks the end of summer in Sekikawa Village. Rain was forecast this year, so the giant serpent was dressed in a raincoat. 🐍 Thankfully, the rain stopped just as the parade began, and it got underway safely! The giant serpent crossed the Arakawa River, paraded through the village streets, and made its way to Sekikawa Village Hall amid the cheers of local residents. At the finish, where the smaller serpent was waiting, the giant serpent powerfully coiled itself into a spiral. The calls of the people carrying it. The smiles along the streets. This is a cherished summer tradition of Sekikawa Village, passed down through generations. 😊 It was another incredible festival this year! Thank you to everyone involved, and great job! We hope for sunshine next year.
Hello, this is Takase Onsen Takahashiya Kanzan Sou. The Sekikawa Village Fireworks Festival marks the end of summer. One by one, the fireworks rise slowly into the night sky!! Unlike fireworks displays where bursts go up continuously in rapid succession, Sekikawa’s fireworks have a special beauty that lets you take in each one at a leisurely pace.☺️ The wind was stronger than expected that evening, but it helped carry the smoke away—making the outlines and colors of the fireworks appear even more vivid.👏 The sound echoing through the quiet mountain valley, and fireworks blooming in the clear night sky. We hope you will come and experience them in Sekikawa Village next year!!

Hello, this is Takase Onsen Takahashiya Kanzan Sou. Takase Onsen is an alkaline sulfate and salt spring that leaves your skin feeling smooth and refined – a true “beauty bath.”😉 Now we’ve paired it with ReFa shower heads, which gently remove impurities from your pores while helping your skin retain moisture.🚿 You can enjoy a softer water flow for your face, and a more powerful stream for your hair and body, adjusting the shower to each area’s needs. We invite you to experience the feeling of “skin that’s different from usual.”🙌 ▲▽▲▽ ▲▽▲▽ ▲▽▲▽ ▲▽▲▽ ▲▽▲▽ ▲▽▲▽ 「米と酒興と炉端の宿」高橋屋観山荘 【住所】新潟県岩船郡関川村湯沢228-4 【電話☎️】0254-64-1188 【営業日時】不定休 【お問合せ】9時〜20時でお願い致します。
