“Healing should be a gift.” That’s what Fire Ice Frogs is about. Special-ops veterans spent years carrying the weight for everyone else. This is a place to set some of it down, with brothers who understand it. No one heals alone. 🔥🧊🐸 If you know a SEAL or special-ops vet who could use this community, send this to them. Check out @fireicefrogs to get involved or donate. by @chris_fif_coo
Twenty-five years later… the silence still speaks. We came to New York not simply to visit a place, but to remember the lives that were taken, the families forever changed, and the heroes who ran toward danger when others ran away. 2,977 lives. One nation changed forever. We remember them. We honor them. We will never forget. 🇺🇸 #NeverForget #911Memorial #September11 #FireIceFrogs #HonorAndRemember UnitedWeStand America by @chris_fif_coo

Year 2 at SEADOG Summer Showdown. Proud to stand alongside a team that believes in the same mission…bringing people together, building strength, and showing up for those who’ve given the most. ⸻ HONOR THE FALLEN. SUPPORT THE LIVING. From February through April, a portion of all Lifting for the Fallen apparel proceeds will be donated to Fire Ice Frogs. Fire Ice Frogs exists to serve those who have already given more than most ever will. Their mission is simple and powerful: They donate in-home saunas and cold tubs to Special Operations Veterans and Gold Star families, using proven, non-pharmaceutical recovery methods to address the physical, mental, emotional, and physiological toll of service. This isn’t about trends or gimmicks. It’s about time-tested, holistic restoration that helps rebuild resilience, restore the nervous system, and support long-term health and performance after years of sustained stress and sacrifice. By supporting Fire Ice Frogs, we’re helping empower the Special Operations community to recover, reset, and continue growing beyond service—while honoring the sacrifices made by their families. Every purchase matters. Every rep counts. Every life honored. Lift with purpose. Give with intent by @chris_fif_coo
As we stand on this final Sunday of the year, we’re taking a moment to look back with immense gratitude. Over these months, we’ve built relationships, restored lives, and provided healing and hope through every bit of fellowship we’ve shared. Each person who’s supported us is a true hero for our nation’s heroes, and we do not take that lightly. Being a small, grassroots nonprofit, we’ve done so much with what little we have, and every bit of support truly makes a difference. As we wrap up the year, we want to wish everyone a warm and joyful holiday season. We hope you’ve had a wonderful Christmas and that you’re stepping into the New Year surrounded by family, presence, and the simple joys of being together. Because we believe that breath and bond are some of the greatest medicines for mankind, and often hope and purpose are the cures we all need. Through our fellowship, that’s exactly what we strive to provide. Thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey. Your generosity fuels our mission and helps us continue making a difference. Whatever you can give, every bit helps us keep this mission alive. Here’s to a hopeful, purposeful, and connected New Year! A special thank you to those who’ve helped along the way: *Dr. Greg & Patty Fox* @thesealfuturefoundation @bornprimitivetactical @22wagyu @warpaintactual @chrisfettes6 @halffaceblades @navyudtsealmuseum @seallegacy @navysealfoundation @grettavitta @forrestsflags @sunga.life @masf_supplements @warriorschoicefoundation @warriorforlifefund @cortexinitiative @trailsofpurpose @bornprimitive @bearhandlon @cwyllie_seal @jasonredmanww @swimwithamission @team_neverquit @mikegloveractual And so many more!!! 🫶🏼 by @chris_fif_coo
