Happy Mother’s Day to the answer to a prayer I started praying when I was 8 years old.

@laurenfordinal you are the best mother I could ever have imagined for our children.

Thank you for all you sacrifice and do for our family. You are deeply loved! by @chrisfordinal

From my wife and I selling a combined 55 homes in our first year in real estate

Too leading a company of over 500 agents in three years… it’s been a wild ride!

To those that have been with us, THANK YOU!

To those that will be with us, let’s build something special.

To those that read this far in the caption… you may as well share this post now 🙌

To those STILL reading, never mind forget sharing and just close out the app. You need to see the outside world again!

There are no bad leads. Only bad agents.

Asking "are you pre-approved?" in the first 30 seconds is a used car salesman walking up and asking "do you have money?"

One of our agents showed a mobile home he wasn't excited about. Turns out they had two other houses to sell.

I'll meet anybody once.

What's the first question you ask a new buyer? by @chrisfordinal

Work will always ask for your weekend.

Saturdays are family. So when someone asks for one, I give them a better time, hand it to someone I trust, or let the system handle it.

Save this for the next time someone asks for your Saturday. by @chrisfordinal

We hire fast and fire slow.

If someone works hard, lives our values, and still isn't winning, I don't fire them. That's the wrong seat, so we find the right one.

That's how you hire fast and still run as fast as anyone in the industry.

Which one does your team do? by @chrisfordinal

Someone asked me what my morning routine looks like

It's probably not what you think. The company doesn't get me first. It gets what's left

Send this to the founder answering emails before he's out of bed 😂

Great meeting. Everyone's in. Two weeks later, nothing happened.

It's not your team, and it's not you. Nobody owned it.

If your whole team owns lead response time, nobody owns lead response time. Give every outcome one name.

Who owns it on your team? by @chrisfordinal

People hear this and think I'm not serious about business

We don't do slow and we don't do small. But I'll lose my business before I lose my family.

That forces me to do things the right way. And truthfully, i've been a better leader because of it. by @chrisfordinal

Most agents start every showing at the front door. Why?

If they already told you they love the backyard or the big kitchen, start there. Start the showing with a bang.

Start with the worst part of the house and that's all they think about. Start with the best and they overlook the rest.

Save this for your next showing. by @chrisfordinal
