27 hit different this year.

I’m done asking to be understood. I’m simply walking in what God has already confirmed.

Another year of favor.
Another year of authenticity.
Another year of raising the standard.

Happy Birthday to me. 🖤✨

hey friend 💌, I created something special + it is not just something to sell.

It’s something I created because I needed it.

In life Ive always carried more than I should have, and for a long time, I stayed quiet about it. Private. Strong. But in that empty space, I realized that silence was keeping me disconnected from myself. My home.

Losing my sister—one of my mother figures—changed me in ways I still can’t put into words. The moment I found out… I felt part of me leave too. Before her passing, I heard & listened to many testimonies about ego death, but I never thought mine would happen this way.

It has taken several years to find peace with the guilt, the timing, the grief.

But what I’ve learned is this: healing does not happen at once, but it will come when you make space for it.

I chose red for this release because it was Ashley’s favorite color—but after self reflection I realized that it also symbolizes the root chakra. It’s about feeling grounded, safe, whole. And that’s exactly what I’ve been trying to rebuild within myself on my journey.

This journal is filled with the prompts, rituals, and check-ins that helped me show up for myself again. Feel whole again.

Not perfectly. Not performatively. Just real. Just honest. Just me.

I work in project management, and I know firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself in the busyness of life. I built this for the girls like me—who want to stay aligned without burning out.

No more shrinking.
No more ignoring what you feel.
Each day is a new chance to choose yourself.

So this is me beginning to do just that—sharing my truth, my story, and what I’ve learned along the way.
If it resonates with you, the journal is linked in my bio.

Thank you for being part of this with me.
Gratitude & blessings, always. by @chriss.kay
