POSTS STORIES REELS

Today was my very first in person clinic for my comprehensive training, and seeing Evangeline have so much fun made my heart incredibly full. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming dim lights, fun music, and candles created a space where everyone could relax, learn, and simply enjoy the experience.

I’m reminded that this journey is about so much more than earning more certifications. Every bit of knowledge I’ve gained over the years and with these new pilates rehabilitation including fascia release is equipping me to be able to make real meaningful differences in people’s lives.

My goal is to specialize in adaptive fitness not only for individuals with special needs, but also for those living with disabilities, recovering from injuries or surgeries, navigating rehabilitation, or facing physical challenges that can make traditional fitness feel out of reach.

I believe movement is one of the greatest gifts we have, and everyone deserves the opportunity to experience it in a way that meets them where they are. Fitness should never be one size fits all. It should be inclusive, encouraging, and adaptable to every body and every season of life.

This journey is about helping people regain strength, confidence, independence, and hope. It’s about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered not limited by a diagnosis, an injury, or a disability.

I’m grateful for every step of this journey and excited for the day I can use everything I’m learning to help more people discover that their abilities are always greater than their limitations. by @christanetidwell

In a world telling our daughter she should be smaller…

Teach her to be strong instead

Our daughters are always watching.
How we talk about our bodies.
How we move.
How we show up for ourselves.
In a world that will tell them to be smaller... let’s show them how to be strong.

Show up right along side them ❤️ by @christanetidwell

“What will it look like if I don’t give up”

On the days you have low motivation put on your favorite tv show and workout…

Focus on consistency not intensity

It doesn’t have to be flashy or perfect it just has to happen.

I’ve noticed people who show up consistently carry something ditterent in how they approach hard things.
The body remembers every time it was challenged and kept going. A physical memory of being uncomfortable and continuing anyway. That memory becomes a resource that shows up everywhere life gets hard. And it starts building from the very first time vou choose to show up for yourself. by @christanetidwell

So thankful for the building that brought all of us together. ❤️

I had to sneak out because I absolutely refuse to say goodbye. Please keep me in the loop on where everyone ends up working out I’m down for just about anything.

We’ll be moving that way in a couple of years, so I’m already trying to build connections, friendships, work, and community there. Don’t y’all forget about me. 😢 by @christanetidwell

Sunday ✔️ who’s ready for a new week?!? by @christanetidwell

Dinner omelette

*3 tablespoons neutral oil
* 3-4 large eggs
* Pinch of salt
* ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 2 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
* 2 tablespoon mayo
* 1 tbsp sesame seeds
* sprinkle red pepper flakes
1 Slice the cabbage very thin. Set Aside.
2 In a medium frying pan or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat add 2 tbsp of oil and cook the shallots until they soften. Turn the heat on high and the cabbage and cook for 5-6 minutes. Take off heat.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and the cabbage mix. Stir until well combined.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in small pan on medium heat and add the cabbage and egg mixture making sure to move the egg around the pan with a spatula to ensure even cooking (the top will still have have runny spots, that’s okay). Continue to cook for about 4 mins.
4 Carefully slide the omelette onto a plate, quickly flip both the plate and pan together, and then slide the omelette back into the pan to cook the other side for 3-4 minutes until golden.
Transfer the omelette to a plate. Spread the sweet chili sauce on top, drizzle the mayo and sprinkle the sesame seeds evenly. Serve and Devour! by @christanetidwell
