33 Jahre - ein neues Kapitel beginnt! . Danke Universum, danke euch! 🧡 .
. 📸 @andrejrusskovskij [BLNKDZ] . #meerkat #power #proud #of #living #a #contemporary #dancing #life #with #guidance #of #my #spiritual #animal #awareness #intelligence #fast #pickup #social #nature #groupenergy #ability #to #observe #everything by @christoph.viol
DANKE!! THANK YOU!! . 🧡 . Thank you for all your birthday wishes. You put a long smile on my face. I am not the most active one on social media but to see that you think of me, even without any contact, made and makes me very happy. I am also very thankful for your support and your power you give to me to feel fine accepting my little kid side although I turned 31. That means a lot to me! I am sending you lots of love! 🧡 . #birthdays #reminds #me #of #all #of #my #beautiful #connections #in #life #being #grateful #to #your #words #had #an #amazing #time #while #turning #31 by @christoph.viol
. I made this choreo for my acrobatic contemporary advance class at @motionsberlin -------- Every Tuesday 8 pm -------- What I noticed is that a lot of people struggle to come back on their own track. Me included. It's not only the pandemic, the world is out of the middle line, out of balance. One day you have the strength to accept everything and you find yourself standing on your feet and one day you realise that you are unable to stand up. This observation was bothering me and I tried to transfer it into a dance to deal with it better and also to give the students in my class the possibility to process it. But during the dance I understood, when you even try and fight this struggle you become stronger. Mind wise and body wise. -------- Music by: @forestswords -------- #dancer #life #is #a #therapy #life . #acrobatic #contemporary #dance #combined #with #flow . #my #mind #and #my #body #want #to #tell #stories . #choreographer #inspired #by #the #universe by @christoph.viol
