A little life update for my faraway friends—and anyone new here ☕️🤍

A day off, a café stop @espressohousenorge in Hamar , some work on my photography website and a meeting I’m feeling hopeful about. Nothing’s certain yet, but fingers crossed 🥂

If you’re also a first-time mama figuring out motherhood while making room for yourself and your dreams, let’s stay connected 🤍 Follow along, and share with me
What does your day off actually look like? ❤️

Dear stranger… how’s the version of you who thought you’d have it all together by now? 🫠

Mine is learning that life doesn’t always follow the timeline we imagined. Some seasons bring progress. Others teach us patience, perspective, and when to take a deep breath before replying 😂

Still growing, finding my voice, and trusting God with the things I don’t understand yet.

“He has made everything beautiful in its time.” — Ecclesiastes 3:11 🤍

Apparently, “having it all together” has been rescheduled. Further notice pending.

How’s it going for you? GIFs only 😂👇

Dear young people, brace yourself. Adulting is not free and fun, it’s actually hard. Good luck 😂 if you don’t listen to what I just said.

Older person 🥲 by @chummey0

Been busy this week and couldn’t stick to my plans 🥲 So here I am, digging out old photos. These are so old, your grandma might feel young again 😂

The focus was a little off, and my sushi-cutting skills definitely needed some work 🍣

But I’m always challenging myself to just go for it—even when it’s not perfect. So here’s a little reminder to myself: create, learn, and post it anyway 🤍

All the other birds had flown to the other side, but this one stayed on the roof. Just waiting and waiting.

I wondered if it was waiting for the others to settle down before joining them. Or maybe it simply needed a little more time ☺️

I didn’t expect to relate to that little bird, but here we are.

Before bed last night, I was thinking about where my life is going. Trying to find your place can be tiring, especially when it feels like everyone else is moving forward.

“I’m behind. I’m stuck.”

Then I dreamed I was late for my train 😂 If you’re also a little obsessed with looking up dream meanings, you’ll understand why I woke up overthinking 🤪

And then I came across these words:

God is with you.
For you.
Sees you.
Hears you.
Knows you.
Cares about you.
Loves you.

I needed that reminder. Even while I’m unsure about my next step, God knows where I am. I can bring Him the worries I wake up with, and the ones I carry to bed.

Leaving this here in case you need that reminder this week too 🤍 by @chummey0

🤪 what do I do next? So all my bartender friends, this drink was a disaster 🤪😂 taste sour and no sweet at all. I tried to do Old fashion with black tea, instead of alcohol. Help me out with what you would do differently? 🙌🙈

A little creative challenge for myself! 🍸📸

I’ve decided to challenge myself to photograph something new every week. It could be food, drinks, or whatever I feel inspired to create that week.

Recently, I came across someone who had switched from cocktails to mocktails for financial reasons. And honestly, I get it! 😂 Cocktails are expensive these days, haha!

A little behind the scenes: 📸

For this shoot, I used natural light and a mounted flash. It was a pretty moody and gloomy day here in Norway, so the natural light wasn’t exactly on my side. 😂

Some shots turned out better than others, but that’s part of the learning process!

And if you’re a photographer who happens to see this post and actually reads all the way down here… 👀😂 leave me some feedbacks to improve plz ☺️

The way I see the autumn
What about you?

When my friend asked what I do in a day… here’s your answer, my friend 😂 Apparently, getting married and having a kid comes with a daily living room reset 🧸🧹

When I have an evening shift, I drop my daughter off at kindergarten and come home to clean and tidy. I love a tidy space—but on tired days, I negotiate with the mess. I clean 50%, and the other 50% gets another night 😂

I’m also trying my hand at food photography, starting with some Burmese dishes! No sponsors—just me, my camera, and my grocery budget. So yes, we’re eating the props afterwards 😂

If you enjoy food, photography, and a little everyday chaos, stick around ❤️ by @chummey0

Thanks to all my Burmese food influencers. You did it. You inspired me. Look what you made me do. Belly full and heart full. Thought about A peaceful Burma. 🇲🇲
