Ladies, this one’s for US! 💕🏃🏾‍♀️ Being a woman comes with challenges that aren’t always visible. Some days we’re energized, other days we’re uncomfortable, overwhelmed, or simply exhausted from everything life demands of us. But today reminded me that strength isn’t always about how much you can endure. Sometimes it’s about discovering what you’re capable of when you challenge yourself. 💪🏾 I’m not running to prove I’m better than anybody. I’m running to become a better version of ME. And if sharing my journey encourages even ONE woman to start investing in herself, that’s a win in my book! 🫶🏾 Whether you move for 5 minutes, 15 minutes, or take the day to recover, your journey still matters. Ladies, how do y’all stay active and motivated during your cycle? 👀💗 #WomenWhoRun #RunningMotivation #runningintherain #menstrualcycleawareness #explore by @chynasgymlife
First 5k in with a 9:20 Pace , I started running in June with a 11 Pace… crazy👏🏃‍♀️💨 #atlanticstation #pnc5krun #explore #gymshark #atlantatrackclub by @chynasgymlife
Boyyy I’m just cracking up by the next video🤣💜 man I love you so much Pops for coming out and doing our first 5k . We pushing ourselves to be the best we can be and I love it. This was definitely a different experience for me and it was crazy that after all the training , this was my fastest 5k I ever did & it made me so proud of myself . It’s definitely a discipline mindset to have and it’s not easy but I like learning new things to push me to a different way of thinking and doing things. 🧡 Can’t wait to do the thanksgiving 5k next🥰🏃‍♀️💨🦃 @atlantatrackclub @pncbank @hawkmello #pnc5k #atlanticstation #atlantictrackclub #explore #5k by @chynasgymlife

Take control of your life. 🗣️ Lately I’ve been learning that growth is a lot more than just saying you want better. It’s looking at yourself, taking accountability, changing your habits, becoming more intentional with your time and actually putting in the work. Life will still life. I’ll still have emotional days, unexpected changes, distractions and moments where I have to regroup — but I’m learning not to stay stuck there. I’m working on myself in more ways than one. Physically. Mentally. Financially. Spiritually. Learning more, planning more, reading more, training harder and being more mindful about where my energy goes. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve learned lessons. And I’m still learning. But the biggest difference is I’m actually applying what I learn now. I want a different life, so I have to move differently. Less talking. More doing. More discipline. More motion. More growth. 🌱🏃🏾‍♀️ #explorepage✨ #SelfGrowth #Discipline #GrowthMindset #gymtok by @chynasgymlife
“You can’t win…” if you keep choosing the same habits that keep you stuck. One thing I’m learning as I get older is that how you were raised may explain certain behaviors, but eventually it becomes your responsibility to unlearn them. 🧠 I’m learning to check myself too. I can’t ask God for growth while holding onto mindsets, habits, environments, or people that keep pulling me backwards. Everybody won’t grow with you—and sometimes YOU are the person that needs correcting. Accountability goes both ways. I want better, so I have to BE better. Different choices. Different boundaries. Different mindset. Different results. 💯 I’m not trying to “win” against anybody else. I’m trying to stop losing battles with the old version of myself. 🖤 #SelfGrowth #Accountability #gym #MindsetShift #gymgirls by @chynasgymlife
Learning that the struggle isn’t always a sign that I’m going the wrong way. Sometimes it’s the part that’s building me for where I’m trying to go. 🤍 Working on my body, my mind, my finances, my education, my discipline… ME. I don’t need everything to happen overnight anymore. I just need to keep showing up, stay patient, and give myself enough time to become the woman I know I can be. 🌱 Slow progress is still progress. One day at a time. 🫶🏽 #GrowthJourney #Discipline #SelfDevelopment #autisticadult #gymrat by @chynasgymlife
How do you explain… That this song makes me think about my older brother — a Black man who lived with both schizophrenia and autism. 🪽 Watching him struggle with his mental health, relationships, seizures, and battles that people couldn’t always see changed the way I look at mental health forever. Black autistic adults deserve to be seen, understood, supported and listened to. Black men living with schizophrenia deserve compassion and proper mental-health care — not judgment, fear or stereotypes. Losing my brother taught me that healing isn’t only physical. So while I’m in the gym building my body, I’m also unlearning unhealthy patterns, working on how I communicate, how I love, and how I show up for the people in my life. I can’t rewrite his story, but I can let what he taught me change mine. 🪽 Happy 29th birthday, Romio. 🤍 #SchizophreniaAwareness #AutismAwareness #BlackMentalHealth #MentalHealthAwareness #AutisticAdults by @chynasgymlife
I used to think waiting meant I was falling behind. Now I know waiting is where God develops you for what you’ve been praying for. Growth doesn’t always look like winning. Sometimes it looks like slowing down, trusting God, and becoming someone stronger while nobody is watching. What’s meant for me won’t miss me. I’ll keep choosing faith over fear and trusting His timing. 🤍✨ I DO NOT OWN RIGHTS TO THIS MUSIC #accountability #explore #discipline #autisticadult #peace by @chynasgymlife
Behind every workout is a story nobody sees. Bills. School. Car problems. Grief. Anxiety. I still choose to move my body anyway. Healing isn’t always loud. Sometimes it looks like one more rep. #atlanta #explore #gymlife #lifebelifing #gymmotıvatıon by @chynasgymlife
