OCTOBER IFC MEMBER OF THE MONTH: ASHTON MASON ⸻——————————— This month, we’re proud to spotlight Ashton Mason as IFC’s October Member of the Month. Ashton is a third-year student who joined Triangle in the fall of 2024 and has been an outstanding member of his fraternity ever since. Ashton is studying mechanical engineering with an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering and a minor in computer science. He is heavily involved across campus, where he currently serves or has served as Vice President of Recruitment, ELLC resident advisor, ESOC chair for CEAS Tribunal, and the director of operations for RallyCats. He is also a member of PAC, a CEAS Ambassador, an Honors Ambassador, a MASS tutor, and a member of the Dean’s List. When asked what brought him to Greek Life and why he rushed, Ashton recalled: “Wanting to be a part of a brotherhood that has similar interests and can push me to be a better man and help me pursue my passions and goals in life.” When asked how Greek Life has helped him grow as a leader and as a person, Ashton responded: “It’s helped me grow by being able to be held accountable by my brothers, and to push myself professionally, academically, and personally, to be an overall better student and man.” When asked for his advice to first-year students, Ashton said: “Give everything your all every day. Always say yes to new adventures and opportunities. Never be afraid to ask questions and rely on others to help you learn and grow.” Ashton’s drive, character, and commitment to lifting others set the standard of excellence. We’re grateful to have a member like him representing IFC! by @cincyifc
