Our little Halloween baby is ONE 1️⃣ 🎃🎂

One whole year of you. One year of becoming your moms, learning you, loving you, and discovering a kind of love we didn’t even know existed.

What an amazing adventure have been being 3, and somehow, we got to celebrate your very first trip around the sun in the middle of the ocean 🌊

You made our world a little louder, a lot sillier, and infinitely more beautiful.

Happy 1st birthday Camila Dorene. You will always be our favorite little stinky baby 🥹💕🌈

35 ✨🧡

I wish I could somehow show you what I see when I look at you. Especially this year.

The year you became Camila’s mom. The year our lives changed in ways we probably couldn’t have imagined. And the year I got to watch you love someone in a whole new way.

Camila has only been here for a little while, but watching you two together has already given me so many moments that I will keep forever.

Happy 35th birthday my love, I hope you know how loved you are, how much you mean to us, and how happy I am that we get to do this life together with you by my side.

I love you baby momma @mookie_1124 🥰🎂💫 by @cingdiaz89

From 14 year old stupid girls to 37 year old (still kinda stupid) women… somehow we made it all the way here ✨

Boo boo, our friendship has lived through so many versions of us; growing up, California, roommates, figuring ourselves out, moving, changing, and all the beautiful chaos in between. And through all of it, you’ve remained one of those people I’m incredibly grateful life decided to keep in my story.

And then there was Sebastián, lol. I still think it’s so funny that the guy we met at that sandwich store, who I thought was funny af and immediately started “selling” him to you, ended up being the love of your life. And a couple days ago, I got to watch you marry him.

I’ve watched your love grow from the very beginning, and seeing you two standing there together was one of those moments that makes you stop and realize just how much life has happened.

I’m so happy for you. So proud of you. And so damn grateful that after all these years, I still get to be here for the big moments.

I love you bbluz, here’s to the love you found, the life you’ve built, and all the years we still have ahead of us 💕🥂

And Sebastián… you’re welcome 😂🫶🏽💕

2016 was the last time I did a triathlon in my hometown. Almost 10 years later, I came back to do it again. And this time, life looks a little different ✨

I’m not gonna lie, this race kicked my ass in ways I wasn’t expecting. The adrenaline hit HARD in the water, the bike course had me questioning my life on that damn bridge laps 😂, and by the time I got off the bike, my stomach was DONE. I had to walk, catch my breath, and remind myself that it was okay to slow down.

It wasn’t the race I had pictured in my head. But I finished. And I’m proud of that.

Training for this one wasn’t easy either. Between being a mom, taking care of Camila, supporting wifey, and trying to find time for myself, there were workouts I missed and days I felt like I was falling behind. My competitive self didn’t always take that very well.

But somewhere along the way, I realized that showing up doesn’t always look the way you planned.

Sometimes it’s a perfect workout. Sometimes it’s squeezing in a run before the day gets too hot. And sometimes it’s simply choosing to keep going when things don’t go your way.

I finished this sprint triathlon in 1:50hrs, and while I know there’s plenty of room to improve, I’m proud of the woman who showed up that day.

The athlete I was in 2016 is not the same athlete I am today. And that’s okay. I’m still here, still learning, still chasing that feeling.

And this time, I got to share it with my family 🥹

Here’s to coming back home, doing hard things, and remembering that we’re allowed to chase our own dreams while building a life we love.

LET’S TRI AGAIN ❤️‍🔥

Traveling with our 10.5-month-old wasn’t always easy, but having you by my side made every moment worth it. Grateful for your patience, love, teamwork, and the beautiful memories we’re creating together as a family of three. 🫶🏼❤️ by @cingdiaz89
