Would ya look at that! V O G U E 🤍 This was and has been a goal, we’ve been featured everywhere else (grateful 🙏🏼) including Vogue Australia but not here in the states, until yesterday. 🤍⚡️ All possible due to our beautiful couple that knew exactly what they wanted! A stellar handpicked BIPOC team of vendors, that’s what they got! Along with our colleagues, we collectively knew what to do when the moody sky and monsoon rain unleashed, experienced vendors handle it! It takes a village 💪🏼 end result landed us all on @vogueweddings The sky cleared and the ceremony couldn’t have been more stunning and the reception was as epic as our Bride @nmarlee Galia Lahav Dress!! We are so grateful and this feature couldn’t have come at a more perfect time as we announce that we are now EXCLUSIVELY serving the Desert Regions of Palm Springs + Joshua Tree (…and maybe a handful of Los Angeles venues, where we are proudly preferred vendors, if the events are epic enough, we’ll execute)! We’re stoked to continually have sand in our boots and focus our attention on our Desert Couples! Thank you to our amazing couple, to Elana Walker Events @elanawalkerevents for wrangling us in on the team 🙏🏼 Please make sure to catch our Bride in Season 3 of “See” cannot wait! The fly ass team! A little glimpse into a wedding day at @nxwherecalifornia ✨ The kind of day that felt effortless, emotional, and fully lived in. From the quiet in-between moments to the absolute dance floor chaos, every part of this celebration deserved to be documented exactly as it unfolded. One of my favorite things lately has been offering wedding content creation as an add-on to any wedding experience through @gypsee.photoandfilm — because reliving your wedding the very next morning hits differently. 🎞️ Think: candid iPhone footage, raw emotional moments, behind-the-scenes clips, guest reactions, audio memories, and all the little pieces that photos alone can’t fully hold onto. If you’re planning a wedding @nxwherecalifornia or anywhere beyond, and want your day documented in a way that feels both elevated and real… I’m your girl. Bringing back the intimacy of dinner soirées, by curating the scene. Take a peek into our personal world, at home for a very intimate Halloween dinner (yeah, we know it’s almost Christmas!) Here’s what we did: A handful of guests (my besties), a dope environment (my pad, a historic 1896 Victorian Flat), ambient lighting (hang bistro lights in your house, totally ok!) along with lotsa candles, everywhere. Select a color palette that makes you feel luxe, fragrance in the air that is luring and subtle, such as woodsy vanilla in a faint musk for a full vibe. Curate tabletop pieces for decor (or just rent from us, Circa Rentals!) that evoke a sense of nostalgia, feels modern and sparks convos. Provide a meal that is relatable and comforting, don’t get crazy on bougie menus (pasta works perfectly!) to make it fun, have a potluck but set the specifics so that the meal blends well. Festive drinks, good wine and good weed (if it’s legal in your neck of the woods)! Last but certainly not least and probably the most important, the music, curate playlists ahead of time that set three scenes - First Playlist should welcome your guests and encourage them to mingle. Second one, should be played during dinner, soft and romantic that blends and sets your senses on - taste and sound. Your final playlist, post dinner vibes that can invite a dance party in your living room, fun and themed that ties in all the feels! I mean the phrase, “Cut a Rug” began somewhere. Intimate Dinner Soirées are making a comeback around here and we are soooo down for it! Who would you bring to the table and how fun it would be for us to serve your next one! Explore our IG and see for yourself on who we are, what we are and how we do it! We create atmospheric good times! Booking now for 2026, link in bio to our site and inquiry form. We know the amount of trust placed on us by many of you, we don’t take that lightly, it’s our responsibility and we’re so grateful! Our hope is to remain and build back up, your appreciated contribution will ensure that we do. We intend to replace the vintage we lost, we’re actually mourning them, how can we not. Our hearts believe they had souls, with stories of the past and of all the beautiful events they served. We will miss them deeply! Need a little help, guys! I wish this was a beautiful Thanksgiving post spilling out how grateful I am for everything in life (I totally am). However, I can’t sit here with good grace and voice a lie. I have sat here for hours trying to gather myself to have the courage to be vulnerable, a sentiment that is rather foreign to me. So here it goes…. A couple of nights ago we @circarentals (our small family business) were burglarized at our new location in Joshua Tree, we discovered the aftermath yesterday(11/26) as we walked in to our shop to see that ALL of our inventory was ransacked, picked apart to pieces. A combination of over a decade of carefully curated pieces that hold special meaning to us, that has brought so much joy to many. Our livelihood that has our traces of blood, sweat and tears - gone, just like that. Our supplies, tools and equipment that we need to execute flawlessly, all gone. We can’t even wrap our heads our even have a full account of what was taken as we are still trying to process the loss. They took thousands from us, but most they took our hopes and dreams along with them. We have NEVER had this happen to us since our beginning in 2012. It’s real, it happened and now we’re left in a haze, trying to dust ourselves off. The realization that this could end Circa Rentals, a business we built from scratch, with just a little dream and a vision of how we can bring something beautiful to people in their most special of moments. It’s been a family affair since day one, just us. We built a niche, a space for us in the vast industry and have amazing colleagues in all forms. The families and repeat clients trust that we have acquired along the way is priceless to us - with that we have gratitude on this Thanksgiving Day. Those who know me (Rainy) know that I’m very private, I was vigorously encouraged by those who love us to reach out to the very community that have been side by side with us for all these years, we desperately need the assistance to continue on and bring joy to others. If you’d love to help - Venmo @circarentals or PayPal @RainRomero We Thank You All ♥️ Rainy & Osker R. by @circarentals
Vintage Lounges are BACK!! And we are so here for it. Feels like 2012 all over again—the year the event world turned a corner, and guess what? We were right there in the mix then and now. Still vibin’, still styling, and now bringing that curated magic to your 2025/26 celebrations. We had the absolute honor of serving The Porters for their daughter’s wedding a few years ago—and they called us back for their son’s big day! Being invited back by a family we adore serving? That’s the ultimate compliment. 🫶🏽 Fall dates are filling FAST—let’s make some magic together. 📅 Text us to lock in your lounge ✨ #VintageVibes #FallEvents #EventDesign #LoungeGoals #RepeatClientsAreTheBest by @circarentals
Can you imagine being in love like this? 🖤 ⁣ This couple was truly one of a kind. We’re lucky enough to serve rare gems like them from time to time — and trust us, we wish they all could be like this!⁣ ⁣ From the moment our team arrived, we were met with open arms and helping hands. They didn’t take no for an answer — every single person pitched in, and the love was genuinely felt from all sides.⁣ ⁣ The day was epic. The evening? A watercolor dream painted in pink cotton candy skies. And that sunset… unreal. It melted seamlessly into a stardust show beneath the desert night sky. If you know, you know — nothing compares.⁣ ⁣ We wish The Suarez’s a lifetime of pure love and happiness. What a beautiful way to begin their journey — and we were honored to be a part of it. Thank you to all who made this day absolutely perfect! Venue: @nxwherecalifornia (our venue besties!) A Beautiful Mess can only mean one thing ⚡️ A damn good time was had by all — and honestly, isn’t that what it’s all about? Not just the pretty tables or thoughtful details (though we love those too), but the feeling — the atmosphere, the energy, the love shared with your favorite people. What you see in these slides is pure magic. A big, beautiful, love-soaked mess. You can almost still hear the deep convos, the wild laughter, the clinking glasses echoing through the stars.
