Weeks after suffering sudden cardiac arrest, Mr. Maddox reunited with the responders who helped save his life. His son began CPR before Perry firefighters arrived and continued lifesaving care alongside EMS. After emergency treatment at the hospital, Mr. Maddox returned home 10 days later. At a recent ceremony, he helped present Life Save Awards to his responders, making the recognition especially meaningful. We’re proud of Perry Fire & Emergency Services and grateful to everyone who helped make this reunion possible. #PerryGA #WhereGeorgiaComesTogether by @cityofperryga
