You could feel it in the air.
Lights flashing. Cameras up. Everyone locked in.
@mappingfestivalalgeria turned the city into a heartbeat. 🔥

This isn’t just art.
It’s nostalgia framed on walls.
D’art El Gazouz brings back the Algeria we carry in our hearts —
simple moments, shared laughter, familiar flavors, timeless identity. 🇩🇿🤍

At Ground Zero, Mehdia Drir @_aidhem_ explores the fragile line between collapse and creation.
Each work emerges from a place of rupture — a zero point where meaning is stripped down and rebuilt.
Hosted at @xbm.studio , the exhibition unfolds as a visual journey through transformation, memory, and renewal.

A day before the restitution.

After more than three months of exploring, experimenting, and developing our photographic vision, these moments were captured just before sharing the results of our journey with the public.

Under the guidance of @fethi.sahraoui , this workshop, La Photographie dans le Temps at @ifalgerie , was more than just an experience. It was an opportunity to question the way we see, to explore and to discover new ways of telling stories through photography.

Grateful for this experience, the people I met, the knowledge we shared, and the journey that brought us there .

My deepest gratitude to @mehdi_hachid 🙏🏼
