WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU REALLY SWITCHED OFF?

Not watching Netflix.
Not scrolling your phone.
Not having a beer at the end of a long day.

I mean properly switching off.

No work.
No responsibilities.
No constant mental chatter.

For many men, that doesn’t happen very often.

And yet stress doesn’t just disappear because we ignore it. It can show up as poor sleep, irritability, tension, low energy or a mind that never stops.

That’s where breathwork comes in.

Using guided breathing, music and relaxation, we create space for your body and mind to reset.

You might feel deeply relaxed. You might feel energised. You might experience something completely unexpected.

Every session is different.

And you don’t need any experience.

Men’s Breathwork
📅 Tuesday 10th November | 7.30pm
📍 Claygate Clinic @claygateclinic

Come along, switch off and see what your breath can do.

💬 DM MEN and I’ll send you the details.

🍂 Autumn Equinox Soundbath 🍂

Yesterday morning we gathered, we rested, we released.

We began with an Amber Moon Aromatherapy blend to soften the breath, followed by meditation and the beautiful sounds of bowls, drum and shaker as we released, renewed and welcomed the turning of the season ✨

We finished with oracle messages, ritual envelopes — each one unique — and a simmer pot to take home and create with intention for the season ahead 🍁

Thank you to everyone who joined me. It was a beautiful way to honour the Autumn Equinox together 🤎

The Wheel next turns towards Samhain 🖤

We gather again on 25th October

And there are just two final spaces remaining for Winter Solstice — Saturday 19th December — for a beautiful soundbath, aroma & ritual journey to close the year ✨

Ticket links are in my bio if you’d like to join us,

Weekly mindful morning yoga classes 🌅

We’d love to have you join us:

🍃 9.45am Thursdays @claygateclinic – starts 15 October

🍃 8.15am and 9.45am Sundays at Studio 366, Molesey – running weekly since July 2025

Mindful yoga for wellbeing, with a focus on breath-led, calm and steady movement.

Sessions encourage greater awareness, help calm the nervous system and release tension, while gradually building mobility, strength and balance from the ground up.

The emphasis is on good form and curiosity rather than pushing for depth or difficult poses. Options for osteoporosis can also be given if needed.

As we move into the Autumn Equinox tomorrow, I’ve been reflecting on how much can change in a year🍂

This time last year, The Healing Movement was only just beginning, and since then I’ve met so many wonderful people and been lucky enough to hold space for so many of you.

To everyone who has attended a sound bath, booked a session, shared my work, come to one of my events or supported me in any way - thank you, it truly means everything!🤍

As a little way of giving back, I’m offering a FREE sound bath for World Mental Health Day. I want to help those who can’t access this sort of work as easily as others.

It’s a morning to pause, breathe and simply be.

Saturday 10 October • 10am • Claygate Clinic, Surrey
