✨ MEET 124 LA MARINA. ✨ This one is special. When we first walked through 124 La Marina, we didn’t just see a house that needed renovating—we saw what it could be. A beautiful Santa Barbara home with character, soul, and so much potential just waiting to be brought back to life. And now… we finally get to introduce her. 🤍 Welcome to 124 La Marina—an EVC Homes & @bradenconstructionco transformation where every finish, fixture, color, and detail is being thoughtfully chosen to create a home that feels elevated, timeless, and unmistakably Santa Barbara. This is more than a renovation for us. It’s another opportunity to do what we love most: take something overlooked and create something extraordinary. And trust us… you’re going to want to follow this one from beginning to end. 👀 🎥 Consider this your official introduction. 124 La Marina — let the transformation begin. 🏡✨ #124LaMarina #evchomes #santabarbararealestate #santabarbarahomes #detailsmatter by @cleadus.shelton

❤️ 21 YEARS, A MILLION MEMORIES, AND ONE WOMAN I’D CHOOSE ALL OVER AGAIN! ❤️🥂 Erin, I KNEW THE VERY FIRST TIME I SAW YOU THAT YOU WERE GOING TO BE MINE! ❤️😍 The funny part is, you wanted absolutely NOTHING to do with me and thought I was WEIRD! 😂🤣 And looking back, I can’t say I blame you! LOL! But I’m forever grateful that something far more powerful than either of us had other plans, changed your mind, and brought us together. We’ve been inseparable ever since! ❤️ 21 years later, I look back at everything we’ve experienced together, and I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. We’ve laughed, cried, struggled, celebrated incredible victories, and faced some heartbreaking challenges. Through it all, WE NEVER GAVE UP ON EACH OTHER! ❤️💪🏻 You’ve seen me at my best and my worst, believed in me when I doubted myself, and stood beside me when life wasn’t easy. I know I don’t say it enough, but I appreciate you more than words could ever express. We’ve built a beautiful life together, accomplished things we once only dreamed about, and created memories I’ll cherish forever. But the greatest blessing in all of it has always been YOU. ❤️ Erin, you’re my best friend, my person, my biggest supporter, and the love of my life. If I had to do these 21 years all over again, knowing every high, every low, and every challenge we’d face… I’D STILL CHOOSE YOU. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! ❤️ Here’s to us, our incredible journey, and all the beautiful chapters we still have ahead! I LOVE YOU, ERIN SHELTON! HAPPY 21 YEARS TO US! ❤️😘🥂♾️ #21YearsTogether #MyForeverLove #AlwaysYou by @cleadus.shelton
