Think before you climb. by @climbingbangalore

Decades of a rich vibrant life, gone in an instant. Who is more short sighted and selfish than human beings. Calling the Karnataka Forest Department to take action again those responsible. by @climbingbangalore

Goat-ed climbers. by @climbingbangalore

“Liv Doot” in the upper middle earth sector of Raogudlu is probably only about 6B. But it has great movement and is a good introduction to outdoor overhangs, especially for someone transitioning from indoors to outdoors. There are other variations on the line, including a low percentage dyno. A long link to the right remains a project where the top moves have so far proven to be elusive. @highontherocks seen climbing here. by @climbingbangalore

The Route is called “Pineapple Masti”. The boulder has some warmup routes on the left and the main line(s) go up this face and to the right. The line that the climber is on is probably 6B+. The crux is the top out where a bit of hold finding keeps you in the game. The final hold is a very thin crimp/dimple structure without which the top would probably be impossible. It really helps if someone is up there to show you that hold. Other potential lines on this boulder involve a lower start and a more direct finish to the right of this top out. Those remain projects for the moment. It’s named for the Pineapples that we bought as crag snacks on the day. And @highontherocks insisted on this name. The FA was by @_.____manu_____._ Image is by @photosbyvipin . The boulder is in the lower temple sector of Raogudlu near the birds nest boulder facing the quarry. by @climbingbangalore

Starting a series of some images of iconic boulders in Raogudlu. This one is called “Bird Killer” the sit start is probably 6C/+ ish the stand is a couple of grades lower. It has great movement. High feet, weight transfer, balance at the lip. All of it has to come together for the send to happen. It’s a short walk up from stalins farm, towards middle earth. Flat landings. Beautiful spot. A large rock face full of other possibilities. Phot by @photosbyvipin by @climbingbangalore
