Yoga is not just about poses; it’s about connection, trust, and growth. Grateful to share this aerial acroyoga journey with a great teacher on International Yoga Day #internationalyogaday🧘‍♀️ #AerialYoga #AerialAcroYoga #YogaInspiration #TeacherStudent by @cloud9aerial

Soaring high at flower holi at Utsav Yoga, Sector 66 Gurgaon, I embraced the thrill of aerial artistry with strength, grace, and fearless energy. The performance flowed through fluid transitions, powerful holds, and a couple of brave, heart-stopping drops that kept the audience on the edge of their seats. Every spin told a story of trust, control, and passion for the air. The finale brought an electrifying acro aerial performance with my partner in crime, @swingsandstories a seamless blend of power, balance, and synchronicity that truly stole the show.

This drop didn’t just happen — it was earned 😅

It took me about 4–5 solid tries, a lot of deep breaths, some serious trust in the silks, and yes… a very real silk burn on my leg (badge of honor, honestly 🩹). Every attempt taught me something — timing, patience, courage, and how loud my inner voice can get right before letting go.

Huge gratitude to @yuvnahemrajani for the constant support, encouragement, and belief when I was half-ready and half-terrified. Having someone remind you that you can do hard things makes all the difference.

This is your reminder that progress isn’t always graceful. Sometimes it looks like slipping, retrying, laughing it off, and going again — even when it stings a little. Growth has friction, and that’s okay.
If you’re in the middle of your own “almost there” moment, keep showing up. Try again. Trust yourself. The drop — whatever it looks like for you — is on the other side of discomfort.
And hey… if you walk away with a few battle marks, you’re probably doing something right ✨🖤 by @cloud9aerial

Finding my rhythm again, one wrap at a time.
This crab sequence reminded me that strength isn’t always loud—sometimes it’s quiet, patient, and deeply felt.

Grateful beyond words to @muskaankumar01 for helping me get back into the action. by @cloud9aerial

Locked into the hoop I spin effortlessly — testing control, balance, and core strength while embracing the flow of aerial hoop movement.

Suspended mid-air in stillness, wrapped in my hammock, I found myself completely lost in the breathtaking serenity of Rishikesh. The mountains stretched endlessly before me—majestic, unmoved, and timeless—while the soft river breeze whispered ancient stories. Practicing aerial yoga at @aavya_rise felt like a dream woven into the sky, where movement met meditation, and my breath flowed in harmony with nature.

There’s something incredibly grounding about being elevated—about letting go, hanging freely, and trusting the silks to hold not just your body, but your entire presence. As I flowed from one pose to another, the view kept pulling me in, gently reminding me to pause, to witness, to just be.

Here, overlooking the lush Himalayan ranges, I wasn’t just doing aerial yoga—I was part of the landscape, part of the silence, part of something far greater than myself.

A moment of deep connection. A memory I’ll carry in the fibers of my being.

Trying to sync in mid-air is a whole different game! This aerial hammock sequence with my friend was all about rhythm, trust, and timing. 🌬️ From our first wrap to the final drop, we focused on breathing together, coordinating our moves, and holding space for each other through every twist and hover. 💫

Practicing duo hammock brings a beautiful mix of challenge and connection — the fabric reacts to every shift, so there’s no faking alignment. We had our share of laughs, tangles, and timing fails during practice, but that made nailing this flow even more satisfying. 💖

We ended the sequence with a small drop — short, simple, but just enough to leave a little drama at the end! It’s these moments of shared breath and synchronized movement that make aerial so special.

Grateful for friends who fly beside you, fall in sync (eventually), and celebrate every small win. ✨🪢

Progress never comes easy, but every drop of sweat, every slip, every retry was worth it for this moment—finally nailed the advanced scorpion on aerial silks! This pose has tested my flexibility, strength, balance, and patience like no other. There were days it felt impossible, but staying consistent and trusting the process made all the difference.

A huge shoutout to my amazing trainer @sohini.88 , whose guidance, encouragement, and keen eye have helped me push past my limits safely and confidently. Your dedication inspires me to keep reaching higher—literally and figuratively.

Aerial arts have taught me resilience in motion, and this pose is a reminder that the body is capable of incredible things when the mind believes.

Here’s to growth, grace, and gravity-defying goals!

Trying the Dangerous drop sequence.
Guidance from my trainer @sohini.88 helped me achieve this difficult sequence. Thank you for aligning me before the drop.
Attention to detail and a little courage helped me to get here. The sequence is still not complete though. But I’ll continue working on it.
Try with guidance if you are planning to learn this.

Back on track and feeling strong! After an amazing vacation (and a few extra treats), I’m refocusing on my fitness journey with consistent movement, mindful eating, and a positive mindset. It’s not about punishment—it’s about self-care, balance, and showing up for myself every day. Progress over perfection, always. If you’ve fallen off track, remember: it’s never too late to start again. Let’s get it!

Just a short sequence with the limited resources that I had. Inspired a couple of Japanese and Philippine folks though.
