POSTS STORIES REELS

A few things I did this week that brought me back to my center while navigating all the glitches and noise in the matrix.

☁️ I drew everyday. When I was feeling overwhelmed with the cluster of decision making in all spheres of my life I started drawing my Cloud Wisdom Art characters and immediately felt my nervous system settle.

☁️ I moved my body everyday. I have found an awesome studio to nurture my body over @bodydadala in HP. This is where I stretch, activate my muscles, do conscious breathing, dance, dance, dance while listening to the best playlists ever in community with some of the kindest and best instructors around. Join us.

☁️ Morning meditations and contemplation with the rising Sun and @genekeys weekly recorded gene key offering. Gene Keys is blowing my mind and heart wide open. Check it. It’s free.

☁️ Time outside in my garden. When I felt stuck or felt friction with loved ones I stepped outside to water the flora. Going outside is always an instantaneous mental shift for me. Like snap! It’s always better outside and my heart immediately softens with my plant friends. I’m forever grateful and in awe of their immense growth, beauty, abundance and resilience.

Does anyone want to come to Crying Cafe with me? …we can cry and transform our grief together and cry about anything weighing on our hearts. It will be fun and we will feel so much lighter afterwards. …and the cacao tear smoothies are divine. …and are best when your tears mix in with the cacao. Sooooo good. Crying is powerful.

It’s true it’s true. Let go to Grow.
.
When I cut away the dead wood branches that no longer serve our Rose bush, I make way for new growth and flowers to bloom. The rose bush doesn’t get consumed or leak any of it’s energy toward branches that no longer serve its growth. The same goes for us humans. We let go of the life conditions and/or patterns we learned along the way that no longer serve our growth.
.
This illustration became a ritual where I let go of self judgment and whole bunch of fears. I mashed up the words and let them go into the field!
.
I’m happy to make you a custom illustration for your altar for all that you’re letting go. Message me. 🌹

Sending all new growth your way. #letgotogrow🌱

I’m doing a sound healing training! I am so excited to share how to channel healing frequencies through sound. This is going to be a LIVE, IN-PERSON, and highly EXPERIENTIAL training where you will bring your sound healing tools and we’ll gather together in circle outdoors under a gorgeous sky to share healing frequencies with one another.

You’ll learn the art of how to flow with the instruments that you have and how to practice DEEP LISTENING which will awaken your intuition to use sound as a channel for divine healing frequencies. We will learn how to feel the notes in our bodies and then use them to create soundscapes and journeys. This is not a technical, left-brain type of training where you’re focusing on the notes (unless that is naturally how your brain works). This is an embodied training of learning how to use your bowls to raise your own frequency and then enter a lucid trance state to know intuitively what to play and when and how to attune to the energy of the field to create a beautiful protective bubble of peace so that no matter what comes up, it all works to become a part of the ceremony.

I can’t wait for you to join us. Whether you just have 1 bowl or a whole set and whether you’ve been playing for a while or they’re just gathering dust, let’s come together to let the bowls sing.

Presence & Resonance Sound Healing Training
Saturday 11/7, 10am - 4pm
Highland Park, CA
$333- $555
(Always willing to work with anyone who is genuinely interested. We’re in the great turning so don’t let finances be a hindrance to your dreams!)
Limited to 7 participants

At this point in the timeline I’m just going around and lifting individuals up on the daily. It’s by far one of the most powerful energetic frequencies we can embody to counter all the curazeeee we are witnessing on the world stage right now.
