POSTS STORIES REELS

It all began with Clive. He was the inspiration for the first house we ever staged, a grand Craftsman in Belmont Heights. His good looks and sculpted jaw had softened with time, but he was still broodingly handsome. His partner, Charles, had recently passed and Clive was leaving the beloved home they shared because it was too painful to live there without him. We imagined the swanky parties they must have thrown and thought of Clive with every piece we placed in the house. In truth, Clive lived only in our imagination, after discovering him at an estate sale. We were devoted to him, though, because he embodied the buyer we thought most likely to purchase the home: someone who appreciates architecture, craftsmanship, beauty, and sharing time with friends and family. And that’s exactly who wound up buying it - on the first weekend, after an intense bidding war, and they bought a lot of the staging furniture & decor. Two years later, we staged this house in Highland Park, which we imagined belonged to Clive’s daughter from his first marriage and her hipster husband. I bet you can guess what happened right after the house hit the market …✨
Staging a house with your target market in mind takes a lot more time and money, but it always pays off. Just ask Clive.

TODAY IS THE DAY FRIENDS! We have been prepping non-stop for days, and haven’t priced as much as we hoped to. That means even better deals! See you soon! by @cloverlb

OUR BIGGEST & BEST SALE is this Friday and Saturday, 10-3. So much great stuff at ridiculous prices! check out our story highlights for updates. See you Friday! ✨ by @cloverlb

“Let the architecture do its job” is one of our mantras. We highlight walls of windows and vaulted ceilings by scaling back — using neutral, clean-lined furniture & decor that enhances but doesn’t compete. (using blurry photos helps, too) 🤷🏼‍♀️

@socalmodern sold this Cliff May beauty in days, with multiple offers over list price. 🕺 Word on the street is that staging helped make that happen. What do you think? ✨

we’re not always weird. 🙂 we design each project w the target buyer in mind. this condo is likely to attract young professional/s without kids, so we made the 2nd bedroom an office. It’s a modern building, so they probably connect with a clean, simple vibe — as opposed to someone 🏡-hunting in a funky historic district, where we use more vintage pieces. We kept this mainstream, w just a small Clover twist. Swipe ⬅️ to see where we left our mark. ✨ Staged by @cloverlb. Listed by @amyjtsang. by @cloverlb

just your typical day at the office… we loved bringing this Paul Tay masterpiece back to its mid-century glory and helping to generate a very successful sale for our awesome clients. 🕺🏻

we love mixing it up to get a unique look that is still cohesive. Don’t worry about “decorating rules”. Do what you want - it’s your 🏠 ✨ this house, however, is already sold… @nicki_rivera_delia had it locked up up in days. 💪🏼 staged by @cloverlb, who also posted this low-res photo. 🤷🏼‍♀️
