Some of us usually approach the high row like a regular lat pulldown and while it’s not wrong per se, it could be done in a manner that’s more effective in your quest for gains. So here are just a few queues that can help you connect a little better.

Fueling the Work That Matters. 🔥💪

High-intensity, explosive movement places high demands on the central nervous system and muscles. When you’re doing sleds, knocking out explosive push-ups, and ripping pull-ups, your muscle fibers are working at max output.
That’s where intra-workout amino acids (BCAAs/EAAs) make a huge difference:
⚡ Prevents Muscle Breakdown: Keeps your body in an anabolic state mid-session.
⚡ Speeds Up Recovery: Reduces intra-workout fatigue so your last rep is as fast as your first.
⚡ Hydration & Endurance: Supports stamina when power output starts to drop.
Loving the energy and standard here at @clxgyms
Grab your aminos right at the reception counter on your way in or out! 🥤⚡

Taking you through the first of 3 leg days designed to focus on quad and glute growth through increasing the number of working sets throughout the week.

I’m not saying volume is king but there is a time and a place for every concept we use as gym rats.

#gym #fitness #reels #personaltrainer #gymlife by @clxgyms

We all know the popular training concepts but no concept should come before your safety.

In this video I talk about angles/settings on the pec deck. The stretch part of the lift is critical for sure, but when you load your body at angles you’re not ready for, for at times minimal gain, you realize the juice isn’t worth the squeeze. There’re small percentage differences in gains between techniques/philosophies so do em all, time when you use them properly, but just know you have to work your way up to those methods.

Over time, when you’re an advanced lifter then the techniques, the stretch, part of the lift will be the factor to take your physique to the next level by then you’d know your body and the angles and depth that best suit you.

If you’ve reached this far, thank you and I hope you’ve learned something!

NO TIME = NO EXCUSES. ⏱️💪🏽
You don’t need more time you need a plan to fit your schedule 🤙

Busy schedule? Long workdays? Always on the go? You don’t need hours in the gym to make progress.

Here’s a 10-minute workout you can adjust to fit YOUR lifestyle. 🔥

The key is INTENSITY, consistency, and getting the fundamentals right. You can increase the reps, add rest periods, or adjust the pace to extend or shorten your workout based on the time you have available.

Remember, you don’t need to train like a competitive bodybuilder to build muscle and improve your physique. If you’re following a lifestyle program, the goal is to train effectively, fuel your body with the right nutrition and macros, stay hydrated, and recover properly.

You can build muscle, get stronger, feel better, and still have time for your career, family, and everything else life demands. You just need a plan that works FOR YOU. 💯

Stop waiting for more time. Start making the most of the time you have.

Try this workout and let me know how it goes in the comments! 👇🏽

Save this for your next busy day and send it to someone who always says they don’t have time to train!

Train smart. Stay consistent. All Work No Luck. 🦍🔥

If you’re trying to fill certain gaps in your physique there are a lot of methods to achieve that. The way I prefer is programming secondary days for the same body part to allow for more volume but in a way it allows the body to recover properly for the other session while still stimulating additional growth to the target muscle.

Remember, training is entirely personal so find methods, angles and movement patterns that work for you. It takes me a minute to ascertain what methods, angles, ranges of motion and techniques to provide the most efficient programs for my clients.

Most importantly, stay safe!
