POSTS STORIES REELS

Life has a way of filling our calendars before we even realize it.

The past few weeks have been busy, but one thing I missed was connecting with all of you. ❤️

I’m excited to be back sharing real estate tips, life transitions, and honest conversations about buying, selling, and Right-Sizing. Whether you’re moving next month or just thinking about the future, I hope you’ll find something here that helps.

I’d love to know…what questions do you have about today’s real estate market? Leave them in the comments and I may answer them in an upcoming video!

On my way to a CMA(Comparable Market Analysis)! A little fast-forward look at how I prepare clients before we ever hit 🥊the market.

House prep guidance 🧺, paint colors that buyers respond to, moving checklists✅, market data 📊 , and a clear roadmap of how I work - bundled up with holiday vibes, green tissue paper, and homemade buttercream almond cookies. 🎄🍪

Because selling a home shouldn’t feel overwhelming - especially this time of year.

Had the loveliest day with Missy in the kitchen! ❤️🍝

We went all in… homemade ragu, homemade pappardelle AND focaccia with roasted garlic. From scratch, flour everywhere, and plenty of laughs along the way.

There’s just something about spending the day cooking together and then sitting down to eat what you made. My kind of Saturday. ❤️

My mother said it approximately 4,782 times.
“Someday you’re going to have a daughter just like you.”

Well, Mom. You got me. 😂❤️

And I wouldn’t change a thing.

RIGHT-SIZING DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN SMALLER. ❤️🏡

And Kris & Jen are the perfect example.

Mike and I have known these two for more than 25 years, so getting to be part of this next chapter with them was extra special. We love you guys!

For Kris & Jen, Right-Sizing meant going bigger.

They wanted a home with plenty of room for their twenty-something sons to live, work, grow and figure out the path they’ll take, while also creating a home where Kris & Jen could relax, entertain and really enjoy this stage of their own lives.

And boy, did they find it. 😍

Their beautiful new home in New Lenox is spacious, updated and sits across from the prettiest pond. But I have a feeling the real trouble is going to happen downstairs… 😂

The finished basement feels like your own little Chicago pub, complete with an amazing bar AND a theater room with actual theater seating. 🍻🎬

I can already picture the nights we’re going to spend gathered around that bar. And knowing this crew, there will be plenty of them. ❤️

This is exactly why I call it Right-Sizing.

It’s not about square footage.
It’s not about your age.
And it definitely isn’t always about going smaller.

It’s about asking:

What does our life need from our home now?

For Kris & Jen, the answer was more room for the people they love, more room to have fun, and a home that gives everyone a little space to grow.

Congratulations to our beautiful besties. 🥂🏡

We couldn’t be happier for you.

And Kris… save us a couple of barstools. We’re coming over. 😂🍻
