“Still smiling on set 4. 😅💪 That’s the difference between a random workout and a program built around YOU — your goals, your schedule, your body.

If you’re in Dubai and ready to stop guessing and start seeing results, I’ve got a couple of spots open this month for 1:1 coaching.

MORE THAN A TRANSFORMATION. A SUCCESS STORY.

The goal was never just to look better.

It was to become stronger, fitter, more confident, and more capable—inside and outside the gym.

No shortcuts.
No perfect weeks.
Just showing up, putting in the work, and staying consistent.

And eventually, the results started to speak for themselves. 💪

Progress is built—not given.

Proud of the work. Proud of the commitment.
And even more excited for what comes next.

CNAV FITNESS helping productive driven individuals get lean strong athletic bodies.

MOVE • CONNECT • GROW

77 days. 89 kg → 80 kg. 37 in → 33 in waist. 💪

No magic, no shortcuts. Just the same things I coach my clients on every day:

✅ Show up, even when you don’t feel like it
✅ Track everything: weight, waist, workouts, photos, 🍱 180gm protein 💪🏼
✅ Deload smart, because lighter weeks keep you progressing
✅ Sleep and recover, because that’s where your body actually changes
✅ Trust the process. Small wins stack up fast.

Look at slide 4. Real progress isn’t a straight line. There were ups, downs and plateaus, and the trend still moved in the right direction.

Every journey is different, and these are my results. But if you’re ready to start yours, I’ll coach you through it. 🔥

BE GRATEFUL. BE GREAT.

💪🏽 Train hard. Recover smart. Fuel your greatness. 🥗🔥

Your workout is only part of the equation. What you eat after training helps your body recover, rebuild, and come back stronger.

✅ Prioritize protein
✅ Replenish with quality carbs
✅ Add veggies for essential nutrients
✅ Stay consistent with your nutrition

Remember, fitness isn’t just about how you train — it’s how you take care of yourself every day.

Be Grateful. Be Great. 💛💙

10+1 reviews. 10+1 five-star ratings. 🙏

Some of these go back to 2019. Some are from this year. What stands out is that they’re not about me, they’re about what you did: showing up, learning to move well, coming back from injuries and breaks, training through pregnancy, and enjoying it again.

That’s what CNAV Fitness is about: strength, stamina and confidence, built around you. Thank you to every client who trusted the process. 💪
