If you would’ve asked me 5 years ago would I be here I would’ve said hell no! To go from doubting my self and my worth to be being voted by the students to be the speaker at the graduation just shows that my work doesn’t go unnoticed! FROM DOUBTING TO PURPOSE🙏🏾 by @coach.aj98

Just wrapped up my first official season as The Head Basketball Coach at Dc Prep Anacostia! BIG AMC!! My first year was awesome! I enjoyed every moment with this team! We had a lot of doubters even from some people within the school 🤦🏾‍♂️. We lost a lot of players from graduating and transferring so I didn’t even know what our team would look like. Once we put that list out on who made the team we put our heads down and got right to work! Going undefeated back to back years in our division and winning out in our division. We also made the championship which was the first appearance in AMC history! We came up short but it didn’t change the season we had. I love all my players and just know I’m rocking with ya for life 🤞🏾.Some of my favorite memories from this season💯 by @coach.aj98
