Just show up.

Not every day is perfect.
Not every session feels strong.

But consistency is what changes everything.
One workout at a time. One step forward every day.

That’s how real progress is built.

Built for everyday athletes.

ONLINE CLIENT WIN: 8 weeks. 9kg down. But the number on the scale only tells part of the story.

This transformation wasn’t about chasing a quick fix—it was about building habits that could actually fit into real life.

Over the past 8 weeks, we took an intentional, structured approach:
- A personalised nutrition plan based on his goals and lifestyle.
- Daily guidance and accountability until healthy habits became second nature.
- A progressive training programme, with three sessions per week.
- Weekly check-ins to review progress, make adjustments, and stay on track.
- Ongoing WhatsApp support whenever questions, challenges, or motivation were needed.

Life didn’t stop during these eight weeks. There were celebrations, social events, and even injuries from football that happened along the way. Instead of striving for perfection, we focused on consistency—and that’s what made the difference.

The results speak for themselves:
- 96kg → 87kg
- Noticeably leaner and stronger physique
- More energy throughout the day
- Greater confidence and mental resilience
- Increased strength in and out of the gym

This is what happens when you commit to a plan, trust the process, and have someone in your corner every step of the way.

Congratulations on an incredible 8 weeks. This is just the beginning. 👏

Most people wait until Monday to become motivated.

Successful people prepare before Monday arrives.

A little planning saves a lot of willpower.

Rather scary swimming with the sharks. Honestly, my nerves made me want to pull out everyday a week from the event. But I didn’t, said I would do it and I did.

Thank you @thecrucibleathlete. The professionalism, organization and standards of the event are unmatched.

Grateful for the lessons learned leading up to the event, learned on the day and in reflection. Nice to know I’m not too far out of reach. by @coach.glenkerr
