Like a kid on Christmas morning, I couldn’t be more excited for our programs, building, and community with the addition of the new field house.

The addition offers collegiate level facilities, resources, and cutting edge technology that will be directly poured back into our student-athletes.

Beyond thankful to benefit from this building improvement and be able to utilize these resources and technology to help serve those who want to WORK and chase their GOALS.

The fire has never burned hotter to MAKE THE WORK COUNT✅ by @coach_ca_

Getting back to ramping up my training sessions. I have been pouring so much energy and focus into my players, clients, and teams that I have let my own training become stale/repetitive.

I could give you every excuse in the book, but the FACT is that it’s on ME. I’ve been itching for a challenge, so I am challenging myself.

⬇️ Comment ideas on a specific physical challenge I should complete this year.

@oaklawnhoops Summer Camp kicked off today. YOU GOTTA LOVE IT!!

Summer is truly where the season is molded. Your habits good or bad begin to form, your routines are established, and separation occurs.

Keep your standards high, commit to a purposeful plan, and this game tends to pay you back. by @coach_ca_
